I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Wild Enthusiast. The websites they operate for Jhalana and Amagarh safari bookings give the impression of being official or directly connected to the reserves, which is misleading since these reserves are government-managed.
The pricing shown during booking was also confusing and significantly higher than expected. Ticket prices appeared to change during the process (for example, increasing from around ₹860 to ₹1350 for Indian visitors and even higher for foreign tourists), without clear justification. This lack of transparency made the entire booking experience feel unreliable.
Additionally, there was no proper invoice provided with GST details, and I could not find any clear information about official authorization or registration. This raises concerns about accountability and trust.
Overall, I would strongly advise others to double-check official government sources before booking and be cautious when using this third-party website that are not clearly verified.

Firstly, we do not claim to be the official website of either Jhalana or Amagarh Safari. Our websites clearly state that we are an independent travel and safari booking agency providing assistance and booking services to visitors. This information is prominently mentioned on our website, during the enquiry and booking process, in our WhatsApp communications, as well as in our Terms & Conditions, which every customer must agree to before proceeding with a booking.
Regarding pricing, the government safari fee is only one component of the total booking amount. As a service provider, we charge for the assistance, booking management, customer support, documentation handling, and other services associated with the reservation process. The applicable charges and booking terms are clearly mentioned before confirmation. Booking through an agency naturally differs from booking directly through a government portal, as agency services involve additional operational costs.
We would also like to address your concern regarding our business registration and authorization. Upon your request, we shared our Business Registration Number (BRN) details with you. This establishes that we are a legally operating business entity providing travel and safari booking assistance services as an independent agency. At no point have we claimed to be a government department, an official government website, or an authorized representative of the forest authorities. Our role as an independent travel and booking service provider is clearly communicated throughout the booking process.
We are concerned by the use of terms such as "fraud" and "fake" in your review. Such allegations are not supported by the facts of your booking experience. Had there been any genuine service failure or issue in the delivery of our services, we would have sincerely apologized and worked towards a resolution. However, our independent agency status, service charges, and booking terms are disclosed transparently throughout the booking process.
We respect every customer's opinion, but we also believe reviews should fairly reflect the information that was clearly provided before the booking was confirmed.
