Never sent me my items. 5 months later I finally received a refund from my bank. This site is fraudulent.
Complete SCAM
Complete SCAM - would rate 0 star if possible. Ordered a rug on the 5th April 2024 where I was advised it would take 18 days to get to me. Communication dropped off after multiple follow ups to understand why I hadn’t received it yet, only to be told a number of excuses. I have tried reaching out on all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, email etc) to just ask for a refund if I’m not getting the rug, however have now been ghosted. $400 spent on a rug that seems to be a complete scam. Wish I read the reviews earlier and didn’t fall for what seemed to be a very kind business as it would have saved a lot of stress. Order No. 43672 in case there is any decency left within this business and are able to follow up on my refund request/ delivery of my order (assuming there is none). Will be contacting my bank and ACCC to report. I hope that everyone reads these reviews and decides to run the other direction to save them from this experience!! Big regrets

If I could give these guys a zero, I would! Purchased one of their products in May, followed up several times with emails and phone calls but heard crickets! Looks like the company has now gone under! Nice way to pocket everybody's money and run! Disgusting!

I have previously written a review and UPDATE: she is now selling on Fb Marketplace as ‘sienna elizabeth Taylor’. Do not buy from any of them. I have reported to ACCC, Fair Trading and as a cybercrime to police.
Ordered in April 2024 - Still yet to receive in June 2024
Placed an order in April 2023. A number of items, mostly for my Goddaughter's birthday, at the end of May 2023. Am yet to receive my order. I've had numerous emails purporting that my order is 'on its way', or that 'my tracking number has been lost' or something similar, but no actual order has arrived. And since the start of this year, I have been requesting a refund, and now the business will not reply to my emails.
Very disappointed - clearly its a drop-shipping business that's gotten out of hand and the owner, rather than face up to the realities of business, has just decided to ghost everyone.

I have actually purchased from this website before a year or two ago and although it took about 2 months for my order to get to me - it did. This time its been over 2 months, after HOUNDING them I received a tracking number and nothing has arrived. She kept using excuses that the website has been down. Now I can't get a response, on facebook, phone, email, website chat, ANYTHING. Only posting a review here in the hopes that this all catches up to her. Her name is Mishka Nansi for anyone who is wondering. Honestly so frustrated.. have lodged a complaint with my bank to get my $700 back.
Report the seller’s merchant ID through your bank!!!
It looks like a lot of people have the same experience with this store. Poor communication, not receiving your product / it doesn’t look like what you ordered and then radio silence after you have paid your invoice! I paid almost a $1000 for my rug. Luckily I used my credit card, and I have a lodged a formal complaint through them, they have reported the stores merchant ID so I would encourage you all to contact your banks and do the same!! It will be the only way to get your money back, and protect others in the future.

Bought a rug in January for 300+€... since Feb no answer to any mail / Instagram/ FB message. I guess they just stole the money.
Seems that they deactivated their IG and FB account for a couple a weeks now but not their website.

6 months and no sign of product or my money
Have been chasing up my order for almost 6 months!! I have sent countless emails and insta dm’s very politely requesting updates on my order and have received vague explanations and empty promises to chase it up. The instagram account has since disappeared and my contact attempts are being ignored. Regardless of whether this small business is struggling the complete lack of honestly or transparency is unacceptable and indefensible.

Literally a scam website and company. ordered prints in January. Still haven't received them or heard back and it's now the end of may. Not even sure how to go along with getting my money back, especially in this economy lol $80 goes a long way. Super sad that there are people scamming for a living.
Very disappointing
Purchased a bed set from this store which looked nothing like the pictures. Was told I could have store credit to purchase something else, however the code was invalid. Have emailed and messaged on Instagram with no response in over 2 months. Very disappointing I won’t get my product or my money back!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. My mum ordered my daughter a rug for Christmas. It was purchased 17th NOVEMBER 2023. 5 months later we have nothing. No product fully paid $250 for, no confirmation of any tracking number and no refund. I have sent countless emails to the company. Most of the time they simply do not respond and if she does she states it’s “in transit”. It’s been “in transit” since December apparently yet she has not been able to provide a tracking number EVER. Wilder Home owner says she is “personally following up” and it is utter lies. Have reported to ACCC. Surely the company will be shut down soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a custom rug that she had in her website, the rug was supposed to be custom measurements. It took forever for it to come in with her ghosting me after me asking for updates time and time again. Horrible customer service and then when the rug did show up, it was not to my custom measurements I paid for. Like not even close. She said she would make it again and that they will make it to the correct measurements but yet again she isn’t responding. She also tried to use the fact she has a baby as an excuse for her scamming people. The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Do not buy anything from her and report her!! She’s a criminal, thief and a scammer.

Do not buy items from this company under any circumstances. The owner is clearly extremely careless about providing the goods that people have paid for. I bought a number of items in February 2024 and a month later she had still not sent them. She ignored my messages asking for updates. She finally sent some of the cheaper items after I made numerous complaints to Scamwatch, ACCC, Fairtrading etc and started a chargeback investigation with my bank. She claimed that it was slow delivery because the items were handmade (blatantly a lie, they look like cheap things that you could buy from Temu, and I suspect that is exactly where they are from), that they were "coming from the Southern Hemisphere" (makes no sense as I live in the Southern Hemisphere too), and that bulky items such as rugs and furniture take longer (I did not order rugs or furniture, so this also made no sense). She then tried to pressure me by text message to withdraw my complaint, before I had received all my items. I said I would withdraw it once I had received the items, and she claimed it wasn't fair and that she "has a baby" as if that is a relevant reason why she should be allowed to scam people and not provide them with items she has charged them for? She also admitted she regularly loses chargeback complaints, which I think is quite telling. I said maybe if you provided the items you have charged people for, then you wouldn't get chargeback requests? Three months later she has still not sent the more expensive items, and she lied to my bank that they had been delivered.

Put an order through in July 2023 for my business in Melbourne and have not received the order, have attempted to contact multiple times via email, received a response recently a month ago stating they would ship the order. Still not confirmed, no delivery tracking or follow up. Am considering engaging a lawyer if I do not hear from them.
