I bought a pink gingham hearts phone case from here. I also have another design which I bought a while ago. However, on my pink gingham hearts phone case, the ‘wf’ emblem came off with only a couple of months usage. I fell under the WARRANTY so I emailed the company (a bit of a faff as they took ages to get back to me) and they said they’d send a one time replacement. It NEVER CAME and they said this in APRIL. I followed this email up and they were very uncooperative and useless. I tried writing a review on their website explaining my experience and it didn’t get verified so no one can see it - making it APPEAR to only have 5 STAR reviews. I thought this was TERRIBLE, and although I love the phone case designs, the company have been very UNHELPFUL and CHEEKY with their review system!! After reading other reviews it seems we have all had the same problem!!
To flee non-existent service and no professionalism
I placed an order on 05/30, it's 06/10 and I still have no news about my order. Still not shipped or processed and customer service is not even able to respond. We pay astronomical sums for products that are not worth the same. I live in France and I do not have the possibility to contact them by phone. More than a week to send emails via the site and via the email address indicated on the site and never a response, the emails are supposedly transmitted but never returned. I don't even know if I will ever receive my package. Unacceptable. I do not recommend at all. Even when a cancellation request is made, it is not even taken into account. To flee.
very upset with the customer service
very upset with the customer service. sent my phone case back and they recieved it on 6/4. still havent gotten a refund. ive called them multiple times sent a few emails and no response. i just want my refund. this case was expensive and to be waiting this long for a refund is unheard of. they told me 1-3 business days and its now 6/10 and still nothing.

Cute cases but you will lose money if you return one!
Cute cases. Makes customers pay for their own returns, which is just greedy for an established company. Uses AI for initial customer service response. Not getting a case from here ever again, better off getting something that guarantees free returns.
Edit: After 10 days of no refund after sending my case back, I contacted customer support 3 (business) days in a row, and got no response. I finally disputed the charge because I assumed I had been ghosted and I magically got an email saying I’ve been refunded. I changed it to a 1 star because I was stressed out about this stupid refund for days.

So many cute designs, never had any problems with them, they’re super protective and they last for literal years it’s wild. Their team is super helpful and has great communication! Just going downhill as a company
I ordered the case on the 30th April 2025, It's now the 10th May and it STILL hasn't been shipped. I emailed to ask for an update and they gave me some measly response telling me that a shipping label has been created. Okay? Tf am I supposed to do with that information. I'm so disappointed as I've been ordering from them for years and then they've decided to raise their shipping prices yet make u wait ages for it to be sent off? With those extortionate prices I expect top service, I've emailed asking for my order to be cancelled and a full refund because this is just disgusting. If anyone likes wildflower cases I suggest buying them off Amazon because atleast Amazon actually cares about their customers.

This is my second time buying a case…
This is my second time buying a case from WF, my first one lasted almost exactly two years before wearing down/falling a part a bit. It's still in tact, but the silver WF logo in the corner did pop off after about a year (this was sad), and I more recently noticed the black lining has started to detach from the rest of the case/is loosening which is not super shocking because over the years I've gotten my phone wet, dropped it, who knows what else but the case kept my phone protected. Sounds like they could be using better glue but who knows. Decided to purchase again because they have the best collabs and always have the most feminine, beautiful designs. I think two years of a cute reliable phone case makes their stuff worth the money, even though my older one is now falling a part bit it still stays keeping my phone protected. Got sent an additional thank you email from someone on their team named Michelle thanking me for being a returning customer and everything which was really sweet, seems like they make an effort to appreciate all their customers, not just influencers lol. Support this business Good vibes and good quality cases.

Smashed iPhone
I recently tried the Wild Flower case and while it looked gorgeous, I was really disappointed by its lack of protection. I dropped my phone from just hand height, and the entire back of my phone shattered completely. The case didn't absorb any impact at all, which was really surprising given its stylish appearance. It's definitely a beautiful accessory, but if you're looking for something that will actually protect your phone, this isn't it. It needs to be much more durable.

I ordered a hugely popular phone case from them as a birthday gift. Even with all the shipping mishaps (not their fault), customer service was dedicated to making sure I got the item I ordered. I got it-- the wrong size, I can't make this up. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Even after my mistake, they were dedicated to ensuring I got what I wanted and helped me through the return protocol. I had my mind made up to leave a bad review, but I cannot. This female-owned company "gets it" and goes above and beyond to help you. I wish all companies would treat their customers like this.

Mya was great! I ordered a case over the weekend and then changed my mind. I emailed as a shot in the dark to cancel so i wouldn’t have to deal with returning and getting a different one, and they actually canceled it for me! there have been times with other companies where I email immediately after i order and still can’t cancel — so being able to do so hours after i ordered was so nice! Zero customer service
I ordered from them 10 years ago. When I reordered this month, the website automatically assumed my old address. I didn't catch it, that's on me, and so the order was mailed to my old address. They didn't send it right away so I called and emailed. Each day I called and emailed for four days. I received several automated emails in return. They don't answer the phone, so I left voice mails each time i called. I received no response. After four days I received a tracking number and an email response (automated) that they heard me and sent the cases out. I thought this meant they figured it out and sent them to my new address. Nope. I continued to call and email. No responses. $75 for two cases and they can't take the time to respond to an email or return a phone call.
