bought a couple of item from them. they charged $86 for express shipping only to ship the order after 3 weeks. during this 3 weeks there was lack of updates, no reply to my emails, and totally ignoring everything especially the delays.
I would never be buying from wildflowersex again, they are not an ethical company.
Don’t buy items from this store, they last less than a year, cost a fortune, then when you ask for a refund, which is in their policy mind you, they lie about telling you they refunded it when they didn’t. Failure of an item has happened to two expensive items, both over $200!! Not happy!! Won’t be buying from this store again!!
Don't buy if you live outside of the US.
We ordered a bunch of toys to Europe and paid for the $120 3-5 day international shipping. Two weeks later they hadn't even sent it yet. After a month the package finally said "delivered", but apparently it was delivered to their own warehouse. They claim local customs denied it (not a single mention of it leaving New York in the tracking), which is just a blatant lie since they don't have the power to do that without contacting you, and have to give you a 2 month window before sending it back if there's any issues.
Most likely they made a mistake printing the label and want to push those costs off on the customer. Terrible company with a terrible customer experience.
