Your order was placed outside of our dispatch hours, which meant it automatically rolled over to the next fulfilment day. Unfortunately, the bank holiday weekend also affected courier collections, as no collections take place on Mondays. Because of this, your parcel was dispatched on Tuesday on a next-day service.
We completely understand how frustrating this delay must have been. To avoid further disappointment, we will be refunding your postage fee. We truly value your custom and hope this helps make up for the inconvenience.

The delivery was very quick and I received lots of alerts to ensure there would be someone home to collect it. The meat was beautifully wrapped with ice packs to maintain maximum freshness. I've eaten the sausages, steaks, dices venison and haunch on the bone and they all tasted absolutely heavenly.
