Have bought two big purchases the last few months. Ordered a Kayak online and it was delivered the next day! Went in store in Athlone for a SUP board and they could not have been more helpful. Very happy all round with Wildhunter. Would highly recommended.

Brilliant shop/service and staff
Wildhunter has to be my favourite tackle shoo in Ireland not only do they have a large selection of tackle but they have the latest and best gear from all the top brands. The thing that really separates this shop from the rest has to be the staff they are all in the know with all the gear and if they don’t know themselves they will find a staff member that does! Also the loyalty points are a great addition!

Place the order received faulty fishing reel send it back. Man on phone agreed with me that reel is defective and was told that he will send me new reel. You can only imagine my surprise when i opened box and saw same faulty reel i send them in the first place!
Ring shop man start singing different song ;they all like that" and i should be happy with reel wich i think is absurd. Send it back second time to get refund. But now refusing to cover shipping costs !

Genuine customer service & super fast delivery
I had been let down by another retailer when I ordered a gift 2 mths in advance for my fiancées birthday. It left me very little time to source this particular kayak rod. When I emailed WildHunter to see if they had it in stock I got a call back to say they had one and they could have it out to me in 2 days.
Well they did better than that and it arrived the very next day! Really great service and fast reliable delivery. Would highly recommend 👍

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I received an e-mail from the shipping service, it said that I would receive my order 8th of January, I was waiting at home whole day and I did not receive anything. I sent a e-mail to Wildhunter but I did not get any reply so far. I do not think that this the way to treat a customer that paid 10€ for cost delivery in a order under 50€. I received my order the day after (all good) but I'm not going to order anything else from Wildhunter. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hello Jose, You placed your order on the 7th and we sent it out that day. DPD couriers were to deliver it on the 8th, but for some reason totally out of our control they did not. You did send us an email but you did not look for assistance , you made a statement and it was rude and a difficult email ro reply to. When we did a track and trace on your order we could see that it was delivered. We could not of dispatched your order any faster and your comment of horrible customer service is completely unjustified.
