I ordered one of these lamps and was shocked by how poor quality it was. Very lightweight and plasticy, nothing like the description. I sent it back immediately via recorded and tracked delivery as requested, giving them the tracking number. They picked it up at the depot on 10th January and I have heard nothing back from them since. No response from contact requests or customer chat. Feeling very much like I've been ripped off here, same as some others I can see on here. Avoid this company.

Update. 13/02/21. They have finally refunded me today but had to do a lot of chasing. Would still avoid as a rubbish product.

Ordered two lamps on same order and same day
One has arrived just before Xmas 2020 second has never shown up
Despite numerous emails to chase delivery have still got no idea as to where the other lamp is so am contacting bank to dispute payment !

Useless lamps. Make a weird noise when they are plugged in (like a very distant car alarm). The dimmer is poor, the light isn’t a ‘warm glow’ at all and I sent one back because the ‘handcrafted wood panel’ (actually a strip of wood on plastic) was cracked. Company gave me the run around trying to replace then sent me one with more cracks than the one I sent back. Please learn from my mistake and avoid.

I ordered two of these lamps on 20 Nov 20 - they arrived separately on 3 & 4 Dec 20. I returned them on 6 Dec 20 by Parcel Force and they were signed for on 9 Dec 20. To date I have had no contact from the company and have not received a refund. When I typed in my issue on the chat, it just kept asking me what they could help me with. Still trying to get my money back and a response from the company.

I ordered two Wildlamps. When they arrived, one was immaculate, the other has a small split in the wooden lamp shade. Having paid more than £200 for them, I would have liked both of them to be immaculate. I contacted the company straight away and they requested photos and a description of the fault which I sent off. I have not heard from them since, despite mailing repeatedly and begging for a response. I also tried contacting them via the Webchat on their website and did not get a response either. I would like to return the faulty lamp and receive one in good condition, and there are no instructions for the return mechanism, so I need their cooperation. The product itself is beautiful, but the customer service is shocking.

Right, here goes nothing lol

This isn’t a con or scam but if I’m honest it sounds like one & the company could be more upfront with the information & they would probably get more orders & not have to deal with freaking out customers like myself who have just spent over £200 on two lamps.

The quality of the lamp is nothing short of exceptional & I really do mean that. The sound from the Bluetooth speakers is some of the best quality that I’ve heard & the charging is done overnight, so I’ve no idea how long it takes to reach a full charge lol

They advertise the company as based in London & for all intents and purposes it is, but what they don’t tell you unless you look in the FAQs page is the lamps are shipped from China, but please don’t let that put you off as not all products from China are rubbish so I really don’t understand why they try to hide this instead of being upfront about it. If you order two or more like I did, they are not sent together, so you’ll receive your second around a week after the first. That however is not a bad thing as it means you don’t have to pay any import tax. The lamp is packed really well & you can tell your getting a really good quality product as soon as you open it.

We couldn’t be happier with them and they really look the part, only draw back that I can see is how bright the blue LED light is when it’s charging, it’s bright enough to light up the room, especially if like us you ordered two, once the phone is charged though it goes off & I can’t say it’s ever kept the wife or myself awake but it may annoy others, you might wanna look into changing that Wild Lamp.
