Former customer gets the shaft ! Lost my points.
I purchased from them a number of times in the past. I always had a good experience until it came time for me to use my rewards which were just over 1000 points. I added my points to the item I chose. It did not go thru, that is my points disappeared without my reward showing up. I was using them to get a product that was of a higher cost. I contacted customer service a few times and never heard back so I closed my account or so I thought. It was never closed. In a sense that was good as I ordered a one gallon size of coconut glycerin from them. It can only by found elsewhere in very small quantities with no discount.
