Incredible customer service and a great product experience ordering…

I had a frustrating experience ordering through the Shop app, which hid a large delivery fee and missed my discount code before checkout. I contacted Wild Naturals customer service directly, and they were absolutely fantastic. They responded fast, refunded the unexpected shipping fee, and manually applied my discount with zero hassle.As for the shampoo itself, I've only used it once so far, but it is a really great, high-quality product. While it is on the more expensive side for me—meaning I’ll likely alternate it with another shampoo to make it last—the product quality and the stellar customer service make it completely worth it. A wonderful company to buy from!
