AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - CON JOB!
DO NOT buy their chains, they are nothing like the images on the website, they are NOT chunky, they are light weight rubbish that will break. They will not issue me with a refund because they say the chains were on promotion (everything on their site is), even though the website clearly states - "If the Slip Chain doesn’t meet your expectations, you're fully covered by our 30-day guarantee — no pressure, no questions asked. Just reach out, and we’ll make it right". I'm now having to go through the bank to get my money back. Honestly, I have seen chains like this sell for a few pound, they are not the expensive looking chunky chains in their photographs.

Hi Lee,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed, WildNightX values every single customer and takes feedback very seriously.
To clarify for all customers reading this: WildNightX always offers a full refund or exchange if a product is not as described, arrives damaged, or has any quality issues.
In such cases, we also cover all return shipping costs to ensure fast and fair resolution.
For your order #WNX4589, our quality control team has thoroughly checked and confirmed that the items you received match the exact design, materials, and specifications displayed on our website.
Every piece is hand-inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
Your order was placed under our Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) promotion. As clearly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, promotional orders cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a proven issue with product description or quality.
If such an issue ever occurs, we always process a replacement or full refund immediately, but in this case, no discrepancy or defect was found.
We responded to your emails promptly and offered several goodwill solutions, but unfortunately, you chose to request a chargeback through your bank and post negative reviews across multiple platforms.
That said, we remain confident in the quality of our products and the integrity of our service, something reflected in hundreds of positive reviews from satisfied customers worldwide.
While every opinion matters and helps us grow, we also believe that fairness, honesty, and mutual respect are essential values that protect both our customers and our brand.
Warm regards,
Nia @ WildNightX
Great items
Great items, easy to order and kept informed until delivery. Chains are really lovely. Came in good packaging but was expecting them in a gift box but came in padded package instead.
