Highly recommended - especially magnesium
I have been taking two WN supplements for several years - magnesium and Vit D as recommended by a nutritional therapist. The deliveries by post are simple in eco packs backed by a v responsive phoneline. It is said that the production process - food-based - makes the supplements easily absorbed and I have found this to be true.
