We don't want to see the lining any more!
Thank you to Harry and Jack for giving our wildlife pond a brilliant makeover. From the initial visit to the final frog handover, Harry and Jack were friendly, professional and efficient. They transformed our pond exactly as we asked for - we don't want to be able to see the lining please!
Harry and Jack removed all the pond contents, carefully looked after all the wildlife including 5 frogs, one of which was a whopper, cleaned the lining, added a protective layer of felt, and then lined the whole pond with rocks and pebbles in order to provide the best environment for all the plants and pond creatures, and to improve the aesthetics. We are really pleased with the results, and can't wait to see the pond develop as we get towards the spring.
From a fishy pond to wildlife wins
We inherited a pond which was designed for fish but we prefer a wildlife friendly approach. Initially Harry Kelsey came to see us and worked out what would be possible. They then worked for four days to completely restructure the pond, fill it and plant it. The change was amazing and we are delighted. They even managed to re-home the fish!
They offer a maintenance service which will suit us and keep the pond looking good. They were very nice and helpful throughout.

15m x 8m kidney-shaped pond
Harry has built his business on very solid foundations: great design, local products, good communication and excellent execution. In seven days he and Lee have created a pond that we are thrilled to have in our garden. In our enthusiasm to see what progress was being made, we got in their way on many occasions but just he guided us through the build and then got back to work. We can’t wait until the Spring to see the real outcome of their labours

Community Project advice and guidance.
Harry has helped me at the Church ECO Project with the creation of a Wildflower Meadow and on the Jubilee Walk nature reserve all based in Leire. His knowledge of soil, seeds and horticulture appears to know no bounds. He has advised us on the correct way to proceed and provided seeds and plants suitable for the environment to great success. Its great to have a reliable expert on the community volunteer projects, Thank you Harry.

Great service
Constructive ideas, great cooperation, excellent timeliness, and quality product.
Good experience with Wildwater
Harry is knowledgeable, helpful and easy to discuss ideas with. He came to time and worked hard all day - the pond now looks great and I have more confidence that we can keep it looking good and healthy for wildlife
A beautiful wildlife pond replaces a large old fish pond
We first met Harry at an NGS open day in Charnwood, we wanted to find someone that could deconstruct our existing large fish-only pond, re-home three large fish and build a smaller wildlife pond. We were pleased that Wildwater Ponds responded promptly and we engaged them to take on this challenge. Harry’s advice about the position of the new pond was spot on and apart from specifying a wish for a slate edged pond that would fit with a Japanese theme, we left the design and build to his expert knowledge. The hard work was carried out while we were on a two week holiday. Harry sent some photos during the build, showing the safe removal of the fish, Harry standing in the sludge of our old pond and the construction of a new retaining wall however we chose to have the finished pond as a total surprise on our return home. We could never have undertaken the amount of physical work involved in this project and in the time it was expedited. Despite how messy this project must have been, everything was left neat and tidy with all unwanted materials removed ready for our return.
We are delighted with our new pond that magically arrived in our garden, it sits easy in the setting, with new aquatic plants, a small fountain, an aerator and in-pond lighting that plays gently on the Acer boughs in the evening. I particularly like the dwarf rush aptly nicknamed “flying hedgehog”
Harry and his brother worked so hard and even prepared the remainder of the old site, ready for top soil and our finishing touches.
To our surprise a frog has already taken up residence, the birds are enjoying the carefully placed slate margins for bathing and refreshment and there are signs that a hedgehog is safely visiting too. Wildwater ponds also offer an agreement to maintain our new garden feature. We highly recommend Wildwater ponds for their friendly expert service.

We can highly recommend WildWater Ponds. The team are very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to work with from the start to the finish of our large wild life pond rebuild project. We greatly appreciated their care and attention to detail, from the original site visit and comprehensive quote through to the completed pond and the handover. We are looking forward to enjoying the pond as it develops for many years to come.

Masters of their craft.
As a keen DIY'er, I thought building a pond would be quite straightforward. Despite my garden sloping from all angles, I thought I did a good job. When it came to the rocking of the waterfall feature... I just became overwhelmed by the enormity of what work was needed. I got in touch with WildWater. What a relief! Harry and Jack visited the site and formulated a plan.
In the depths of the icy cold, rainy winter, they set to work preparing the foundations of what was to be the focus of my garden.
Throughout the entire process they communicated well and worked tirelessly to bring my vision to fruition with the added flair of their expert knowledge and dedication to their craft.
I would 100% recommend WildWater to anyone looking to add pond or water feature to their space.

Harry and his team were excellent throughout the building of our waterfall. They kept me informed of what would happen and arrived on time on the first day to start the work. They even helped me plant a Wisteria at the front of my house, which was not in the plan of work to be done. I would recommend Wildwater to anyone wanted a water feature in their garden.

Superb job - highly recommended!
Harry and Jack have done a fabulous job on our wildlife pond ,tidying it up in time for it's busiest season. They are extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to our desire for minimum disturbance to the wildlife and saved and filtered most of the water, as well as very carefully finding all the frogs and newts and returning them to the pond on completion. We are always very pleased with their punctuality, tidiness, courtesy and expertise and would recommend them every time with no hesitation!

Harry was a delight to work with
Harry was a delight to work with. He listened to our ideas, considered how the pond would look from different viewpoints in the house, suggested various layouts, pegged out the footprint and altered it as we looked at it. He provided detailed design drawings through the process. We were very pleased with the overall design experience - nicely collaborative. The same applied to the planting. We drew on Harry’s knowledge and experience of suitable plants (size, colour, location etc) and he has happily added further plants as the initial ones have developed.
