I have been wearing Wild Waters for over a year now including the joggers, tshirts, hoodies, and coat without fault and they still look as good as when I bought them, no fading or shrinkage as with some of the other brands aimed at fishing. Postage is always fast and informed from the moment you place an order.

We're sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. This is highly unusual as we take great pride in sourcing only the highest quality products at all times. We received your email on Saturday 27th of August, however we are out of the office during weekends, which is stated on our website. Additionally, it was Bank Holiday weekend, so we only returned to work on Tuesday, and therefore we responded to your email the following day (within our usual time frame). We have offered you a refund or replacement, however we are yet to hear anything back from you.
