The worst company they will scam you
I've never had lne bonus when playing the slots they just take take take ... seriously avoid!!

This site is a pure scam can’t withdraw my money keeps rejecting my Upto passport id apparently witu the gambling commission absolute lies I want my money simple as that contact there help site still no sign of my money back I will be making a formal complaint and hopefully get the sight taking down absolute con 🖕🏻

They have to be the WORST company I respect of their willingness to payout any funds. Their ID process is in place to prevent money being released and I feel extremely sorry for those who don’t have the id’s to be able to move along their process. Terrible service and a fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Leaving this review so people don't freak out like I did when I came here and read them. I had a large withdrawal of around £3000 at the start of the year and after reading here didn't think I would see a penny. The verification process is awful, the photo ID will not work whatever you try, you need to send them an email with this document, it took a few days to verify but it did happen. The other documents you can use the uploader onsite without issues. Once I was verified I had the money next day. Withdrew £155 yesterday and that arrived in my account today, around 24 hours later. I feel for anyone that has had problems, I was so stressed at first thinking I had been scammed but it has not been the case for me. Give them 2/3 days to respond and be polite in the emails. Hope this helps!

Loses 1 star just due to the verification process being more stressful than needed and the £2.50 withdrawal fee isn't necessary in my opinion.

Don't ask for ID to deposit or play but then will not allow withdrawals until you provide ID. Also charge £2.50(!) to withdraw.

Edit: ID verification completed but they still refuse to allow me to withdraw my own money.

Disgusting behaviour from a gambling site, refusing withdrawals until verified and even then charge a fee and making the verification process nigh on impossible.... I have been ROBBED. Don't touch these people

Like everyone else I CANNOT withdraw my winnings. I have NO Bonus so it's not that causing an issue. Basically I cannot download the I.D they want or when I do send it, I get an email back stating its not adequate. There is NO ONE to contact, emails repeat the same format and it is weeks into months now.
Run hy JUMPMAN GAMING LIMITED who ALSO have AMIGO SLOTS, AMIGO GAMES (I think) and AMAZON SLOTS. Unfortunately I tried AMIGO and AMAZON dlong with Wild West Wins BEFORE I realised that they are ALL run by JUMPMAN and DO NOT PAY OUT . I ended up using my money on AMAZON SLOTS but still have a few hundred pounds in Wild West wins and AMIGO. FRUSTRATING I agree that they should be reported to the BBC WATCHDOG. The Gambling commission don't appear interested in this So AVOID these and ABSOLUTELY don't use PayPal on them. My PayPal was hacked and fraudulent transactions for electronic gift cards taken out 😡👎I joined in October 2022 and I'm still trying to get my money 💰 but to NO avail 😡👎
