Ordering these stones was fine it was the state of the bags all but one bag has holes in them so half of the stones are missing so not impressed at all. Can't tell you what the colours are like as they are white at the mo and needs a good wash.
This very disappointing
This very disappointing, Wilko has really messed my order up. Mire than 4 different customers service has been emailing me. All were miscommunication, wrong information and non of these people read through my email to respond according to the content of my email. They were all replying wrongly.
Could just refund me if you are all confused and unskilled?
The Manager, Jordan, was exceptional
Sadly my order was not prepared in what I considered to be a reasonable time and some of the items I ordered were not available… however. Jordan, the manager, was exceptional. She was one of the most customer focussed individuals I have experienced in the UK. If Jordan hadn’t have seen me I would not have been a happy bunny but due to her attitude and skill I left the store very happy
Thank you Jordan

Rather disappointed with the fact that it is not possible to find Wilko collection point after placing an order. While it was well possible to choose branch for checkout of the online order, but then for collection purposes it is impossible to find the store or its address and then its opening hours... That's probably to do with the fact that store is not a store is a collection point .. so does not come up at all when using store locator from the email nor when searched on the website. I am lucky that Google maps returned my local collection point which made sense.
Missing items. No refund
Went to store to pick up my click and collect order.
Waited over 20 minutes while 4 members of staff looked for my item.
Was then given my items only to find one of them was still missing.
I was then informed by staff that they could not give me a refund for the missing items. Not only have I had my time wasted - I am now out of pocket too

Missing half a shed ordered online
Ordered a plastic shed online from Wilko on 10th May and was pleasantly surprised when I was notified that it would be delivered today.
Unfortunately when it arrived only one box was delivered by courier, labelled box 2 of 2 and so I am missing half a shed, which would be in box 1 of 2.
I only have one tracking number so can't see if there is another box coming as tracking shows item, albeit half of ordered item, delivered.
So I am left with half a shed that is of no use, and trying to contact someone at Wilko customer service is not easy.
I will not order from Wilko again

Totally disgusting I ordered a sofa which was delayed when it finally came to be delivered I rejected the delivery. The courier went onto say it was delivered. I’ve had to argue with the courier, Wilko and PayPal who I used to pay with to tell them I do not have the item. All cctv footage has been sent to them it’s taken a whole month and im still waiting for my refund. This company should be ashamed
Avoid- Save your money and shop elsewhere
There is a reason why when some companies close down and should not start up again and Wilko is a prime example of this. Whoever runs this operation needs to step down and employ a person who can deliver and provide the service people pay for.
Ordered online for home delivery email received to say items dispatched. Items did not arrived. Contacted customer Service, took days to receive a reply then nothing. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. You get an order number but no tracking details so you have no idea on who the courier is or where your item is or when it will arrive. What kind of service is this in this day and age. You need a full overhaul of your website and give customer the info and details they need to track there orders. Also my order said it was coming from what appeared to be 3rd party seller so no wonder you have no contoll. Concentrate on selling goods what you have physically in stock and not from another company who claims to have the items in stock. Sorry Wilko but I will be joining the long line of customer who will never use your company again.
This company needs investigating
This company needs investigating. Awful customer service. Received my order with an item missing and getting nowhere with customer services who just keep telling me my email address isn’t associated with the order so they can’t help. It is the email address I used when placing the order and that the order confirmation went to and have sent a screenshot showing this which is ignored. Shame because it was a great high street shop but unless this is resolved I won’t be using again and it sounds like a lot of people are having a similar experience

Went into The range in Bangor to have a look and see if the trolley was a good size, checked online 2 in stock so went in the store, 2 members of staff told me they didn't have it, so I ordered it on my phone to click and collect, I then had to wait in the store for them to fetch the trolley. This took 1 hour.

I ordered a Grey and white table lamp but when I picked it up it was brown. Not happy at all
Ex-display item sold as new product online
I bought a product online (at full price). When I got to the store to collect it, I was told it was the ex-display item. I asked for a discount as the website did not say that it was ex-display and it was without the box or instructions but I was told I either bought it as seen or get a refund. I did take the item as nowhere else had stock but in future, I think this business should consider the way in which it sells to customers as this is not good practice or good customer service. I will not be buying online from them in future as cannot trust what I am actually getting is what I am paying for.
