I ordered two products for our camping set-up. Portable trolley & standing lamp/flashlight. At first, we had a couple of issues- more manufactural. However, Will was all over it- friendly & efficient. It was nice to actually speak to the owner and feel heard. I highly recommend this seller and very happy with our items.
It's a great grill, but the delivery company messed up and sent it to my neighbor's house. I had to go pick it up, but other than that, no issues!
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but this grill is solid! It heats up fast, is easy to clean - perfect for weekend BBQs.
This is a great grill - very well-made and cooks perfectly! Mine arrived with a small dent, but WillBBQ sent me a replacement part right away. Despite the shipping hiccup, I'm very happy with my purchase.
