No customer service
No customer service. They are a China base company and have what they call a”face based” store. I ordered 2 separate items on August 1. Being its coming from China no telling how long it will take. I think they misrepresented actually where their company is. I checked their website it showed South Carolina & Georgia. It took me 3 emails and 5 phones calls with an automated voicemail to get a response, which that was with a reply by email stating they didn’t have items in stock so they had to order from China. If I had been notified I would’ve cancelled orders. My personal experience is China products are cheaply made. The two items I ordered the price wasn’t cheap. Two phone cases at $42 each. When products are shipped I will post a review of products.
