Excellent service when sorting out a will and lasting power if attorney for my mother.
Trisha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process and explained everything g to my mum in our mother tongue.

The process of making my Will was laid out in an introduction email with costs outlined. This was followed by a zoom interview with introduction and explanation of what and how preparation will take place and instructions given for me to collect necessary information and documentation required for the next phase which was the in person meeting.
Lastly my will was prepared and delivered to me in person and clear directions explain to me on how to register the documents.
The overall experience was one of clarity and patience throughout from start to end.

Trish was excellent at explaining everything to me thoroughly. There were lots of things I hadn’t really considered and without her insight and experience I would have got lost very quickly! I would recommend her to anyone that hasn’t already written their will or would like to update it. She’s a pleasure to deal with!

An excellent service as soon as we rang up, we had a meeting at our convenience at our own home. The advisor knew what we wanted on our Wills, a draft was prepared & as soon as we received the draft, we had everything signed up at our home again, advisors ensuring that everything was signed correctly and appropriately. We decided to update our wills as previous ones were a bit out of date and our financial adviser put us in touch with the Will Centre and its representative Trish Mistry who contacted us and we had a phone conference.

Trish then sent us some information and a spreadsheet to fill out and return draft wills were based on this and corrections made and final wills signed off this week.

The process was smooth with a lot of guidance and help from Trish Mistry, who fully explained the process and the options for Power of Attorney( 2 attorneys and 2 backups, me and 3 brothers)

The experience was really good. We got given good advice and spoken in a well professional manners. They was really helpful when we asked any questions and reassured us in the right direction of the Will.

The Will Centre were extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. Due to my recent bereavements, I felt I needed further advice regarding my own estate planning. Being under 30, I didn't have much idea on which direction to take regardless of my experience in this. The service I received wasn't pushy or hard selling, just fact based and conversational. I would like to thank them for their advice, their friendly, understanding manner throughout our conversations and for making an uncomfortable and upsetting subject a little bit easier.

Trish was extremely professional. She explained everything thoroughly and put our minds at rest. We thought it would be an uncomfortable experience writing our wills but Trish made everything easy to understand and left us safe in the knowledge that our loved ones will be looked after once we're gone.
