The watches were great and gonna buy 2 more for my friends.

I ordered my first purchase and rec'd in a timely manner - no issues. I ordered a 2nd watch almost 4 months ago - no update, no response from customer service, etc...they initially shared (after 2 months) their order system caused issues. 2 more months later, still nothing. Amber in customer service is obviously at best representing a scam service, or at worst is a bold face liar and deeply involved in the scam. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint - probably won't do much good but I have promised myself to do everything in my power to share with all watch fans that this company is a giant SCAM!!!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS APPALLING COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!! Customer service does NOT exist. I believe this is a real cowboy outfit. I have been waiting 3 months for a satisfactory reply. All email responses appear to be computer generated.

Terrible company, do not buy from this scam company, I told them to stop my shipment the day after I ordered it, after reading these reviews, the take days to answer emails and continually lie, the have said to be patient as it’s nearly 4 weeks , I am claiming the refund through my bank, SCAM COMPANY

William Wangen is a scam.I bought a mechanical watch looked after it and I fell to bits.Literary all the cogs fell out and mechanisms floating around behind the glass.I contacted Amber probably not a real name in customer service and they proceeded to say they would give me a discount code for about 3 months.When they did the code did not work and eventually they said we don't do refunds.Went out of their way to basically laugh in my face .Scammers.Adam

Please stay away from this company I never receive my watch, that I ordered for my husband birthday gift I tried to contact them and got no response I had to file a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge of $103 please stay away this company is a spam

this company is a scam from start to finish they have no customer service and I paid 114 dollars for a watch that may be worth 5 dollars . I returned it and have not been issued a refund and can not contact this company. The phone number they list is a fake and emailing customer service gets you nothing. what a pathetic company. They probably took the watch i sent back and sold it to someone else and also keeping my money what a bunch of losers. stay away from WILLIAM WANGEN.

Watch they sent me is defective as it gains 5 minutes every hour. Contacted customer services, but they refuse to send a replacement.

I've only given 1 star because there is not an option to give no stars. I purchased a watch which cost just under £100, and it didn't work. They sent another to replace the first, which also didn't work. I returned both items months ago, recorded delivery, at a cost of over £20. I have not received a refund or any communication from them for weeks. I am disgusted by this company and hope no one else purchases from them.

Over priced cheap (and I do mean very cheap) quality Chinese imported watches. Dont waste your money. William Wangen charges approximately 5 times what other retailers charge for the same cheap & nasty product. The watch I bought was supposedly reduced from £302 to £120 however we found out later every other retailers were charging circa £26. The watch strap was made of tin. The whole feel was poor. Take my advice... NEVER BUY FROM WILLIAM WANGEN

Big mistake, looks can be deceiving don’t buy from this website once receiving this watch, and the other the quality was nothing like their website translate to timeless masterpiece. More like timeless junk .like others I felt cheated and robbed and sick. I also tried to contact their customer service and they were nonexistent calls were forwarded to a fraudulent entity, government number, I’ve emailed several times and have yet to hear back from Remember do your research before buying

The only thing right was a watch did arrive. The watch was in my opinion very cheap looking, market syle box, no paperwork or guarantee. Nothing like the photographs. It took several emails before they agreed to send a return address. That's when I realised it was a company not in USA as indicated, but in China. Which even with tracking went missing trying to return, so I could not get the £95 fee back. Then I found the exact same watch on ebay for £25 which was more like the actual value. Disappointed from start to finish. Stay clear!!!

I wish I had read these before I ordered my husbands birthday gift. I ordered on the 8th January and today is the 22nd I have had no communication from them. Sent an email but no reply. Looks like I lost the £92 payed. Very frustrating. Just to update I have now received an email and am confident the issue has now been resolved

Bought a watch for my dad for Christmas. Watch arrived and looks very nice but I need an extra link for the bracelet. I've contacted the support email address on the website on serveral occasions with no response.
The watch cannot be worn without an additional link which Im happy to pay for. A lot of money to spend on a watch to sit in it's case because you can't get in contact with anyone at the company.

I received a second watch to replace the first which didn't work, which was a present for my son's. The replacement watch doesn't work either. I have sent several emails to the customer services email address but no-one is replying to my emails. If this does not get a response I will start an action fraud claim with the police to recover the £94.95 that I have paid

I have contacted the company to return the watch as the quality is poor. I have yet to hear from them. I bought this watch as a present for my husband, but feels cheap and doesn't weigh what you would expect with a £100+ watch

TERRIBLE!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
My partner bought a watch for me, which was delivered but when it arrived the quality was very poor, very lightweight and looked cheap.
On the packaging, was a return address for a refund so she shipped it back there, special delivery, and received a tracking number and signature. Pressed for the refund, but was told we shipped to the wrong address, and should have called them first, and as a special case they sent an email link to some more watches for me to choose an alternative instead - which I reluctantly did.
They asked us to contact the address where we shipped to, to get them to ship the original watch back to us but when we called we found a very unhappy person in a business that wasn't related to William Wangen at all, but was getting lots of very frustrated customers ringing him instead. This business was close by, so he went around to the address we'd shipped to, and it was an empty, unoccupied unit. No sign of anyone.
So, we can't get the original watch back, can't get a refund, and have not received the watch I'd selected instead. I feel angry, frustrated and cheated and scammed, so BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!
Depsite several emails back from "Amber" - who I suspect isn't their real name, or a real person - we've received nothing.
**UPDATE** - Replacement watch received 11th Dec. Same poor quality, and as I've no chance of a refund without likely having to post it overseas at my cost, I'm stuck with it. At best, it's a £20 watch, no more. Highly disappointed.

I bought this watch because it looked great in the photos. Let me just say, the pictures don't do it any justice. This is an absolutely stunning watch. There was a problem with my first order, but they promptly made it right. If there was anything I would take them to task on, I would say that their bands leave something to be desired, but honestly I expect that with most watch makers so I already expect to buy a new band when I get a new watch. Even with that I leave a perfect 5 out of 5. The watch really is that good.

That's unbelievable. If you are planning to return this watch to China, don't do it, simply don't buy this watch. It's 7 weeks now and the watch is still pending on Chinese border. Customer Service just ignoring my messages. I paid 17£ for return and it seems like I'm not gonna get my money back. I need to contact royal mail now to find out how long yet and if they are going to deliver this item. So much hassle. Previously I mentioned that you can get this watch for 15 £. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
