If you win, they block you and hold your funds hostage (Abusive KYC)
Beware of William Hill Spain. They are incredibly quick to take your deposits, but the second you start making a profit, they restrict your account without warning. They held my money hostage for months using completely abusive and predatory KYC (verification) tactics.
They went as far as demanding materially impossible documents (like a physical photo of a deleted Apple Pay digital token) just to stall the process, feed me automated responses, and frustrate me in the hopes that I would just give up and leave my money on their platform.
They only finally released my funds when I stood my ground, called out their stall tactics, and threatened them with a formal regulatory complaint to the DGOJ. A disgraceful bookmaker. If you are a profitable player, stay far away. They only want losers.

Yesterday after 9pm I've played in William hill, I von in total 428k was so happy that finally I won really good amount,after withdrawal first I've widraw 10k it's came to my bank account after that I relieved email that it was system fault and my other 428k amount was declined from my William hill account, I customer service send me email that I have to send it back ,I didn't broke any policy any rules seems like they are bloody scamers ,and I'll call to solicitor and go to court if I have but they have to stop scam people's!!!

Shocking. Just shocking.
I recently put a bet on, £200, won £350.... told that for it to be paid out i needed to contact a customer service email....
SORRY? WHAT? The guy in the shop was an absolutely miserable jobsworth.
Anyway i did as they asked... 6 days later ive still not even had a reply. Witholding payouts is illegal and what they are doing is just that. This is clear as day.

If I could give zero stars I would. 8 days waiting for a shop withdrawal. Even independent bookies can pay in a day or two max and if it's the weekend that makes no difference. William hill can't/won't process payments at the weekend so they say 5 working days processing time which is ridiculous compared to every other betting company, very unprofessional.

A query over a simple unsettled cycling bet on a stage winner in Paris-Nice turned into a frustrating experience. Impossible to get to speak to a human being and the AI chatbot not working well at all. Awful. AI agents are so bad and frustrating.
