I thought I was buying a quality…

I thought I was buying a quality product from a London store on line.
I followed the sizing advice for trainers. They were £39.99 in a sale reduced from £80 supposedly.
They were not only too small although I ordered a size bigger. They are very cheap and nasty . Poor quality and smaller than their size.
They cost Royal Mail postage to send back plus a £15 import fee to receive them in China. When they are from williams of London…. A complete scam. I’ll go through the process but at best I will only receive £19.99 after import tax and postage. I wish I had done my research first. Bought off an advert on instagram and totally and deliberately misleading. Don’t touch them. I thought I was buying British.

I advise anyone not to touch this…

I advise anyone not to touch this company with a bargepole. They advertise 30-day returns but when I tried to return an item after 2 days, they wanted a whole host of 'photos before they would send a returns form and then told me it would be £17 to £30 postage as they are in China!!! It is another of these dodgy Chinese companies. All this is apart from the fact that the item was of very poor quality and suitable only for stick insect. Do not waste your money!!!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I would not even give this so called clothing site 1 Star but I need to write this review!!!
Absolutely shocking to the core. The shoes were very very poorly made & everything about them shouts out SCAMMERS!!!
Like all of the reviews, wish I had of read them first.
£39.95 paid, they want £18-£30 paid to return them. Offering for me to keep them and choose something else for a delivery of £9.95 if I went away quietly it seems.. Told me it’s what they offer everyone, which tells me, they are ruthless and Absolutely disgusting.

Buyer beware!!! I only bought trainers from this site thinking it was JD Williams. BIG MISTAKE!!! Came from China and was very cheap looking stuff so much so I won’t be wearing then. Returns policy is complete rubbish, I will never use again.

Please do NOT buy from this site.
I ordered a pair of Trainers from them. They took ages to arrive and were dreadful quality and way too small.
They came from China. I tried to get a full refund but was forced to accept 30%. The cost to return £39,95 trainers were £20.00

Shoddy blouses

Shoddy blouses
Sent three blouses back(signed for) in the original packaging. Have had numerous messages asking for a conversation with them, even though I’ve told them they are not fit to be worn.
No refund as yet. This company does not rate even a one star. They are arrogant.

Cheap Chinese Junk ...

Just discovered that the goods are shipping out of China and came here for a review check - should have done it sooner. Tried to cancel the order but they refused. Have tried to stop payment on my card via the bank. Reported them on Facebook as a scam as we all should - get them shut down.

100% robbing scammers.NO stars if possible

100% robbing scammers.NO stars - complete and utter heartless scammers.
I ordered an outfit, when it came, it was the wrong size. Got in touch with company, asking for a returns label. The reply was No label, not even a well known courier service for returns. Instead, they requested spread outfit flat, and take photos of it and the size label. Also the packaging it came in, showing the address, I decided that was a stupid amateur suggestion, so parcelled everything, outfit, torn packing -everything, and sent it recorded delivery to to the address on the packaging. Guess what? they said they had never received it. I traced the address back, and it was their courier's address!!! Then they asked me for further photos! How could I do that- they had everything--outfit, wrapping paper, plastic bag, the lot. I wish that the reviews I am able to read now, existed when I ordered. They are heartless scammers, and should not be allowed to advertise. Please, please, do not order anything from them, and lets hope that they are made to repay everyone they have stolen from.

OMG 🙈 why didn’t I research this shower of shite site!! Trainers arrived (wouldn’t even take them to a charity shop without being embarrassed) and told £20 to return, how do they get away with this?

Anyone had experience of their bank getting a full refund? These people are disgustingly vile taking peoples hard earned cash 😡

Check reviews before buying from WILLIAMS

The shirt I ordered is a pale imitation of the avertised product. The making is shoddy, the buttone are tight, it doesn't have pockets as advertised, the hem is straight, in the advert it's curved. Its a bad fit. The worst thing is a printed words saying 'God's love is wrapping all a........ you whether y... notice it or not'.
I really object to having this on my back and front and it wasn't shown in the advertisement.
THEN they say no money back ( as guaranteed on their website) and shipping costs to refund the goods will be almost as much as buying the goods. It's appalling. I'm not letting this go. I'll contact Mastercard tomorrow

Don’t be fooled by one star as this is…

Don’t be fooled by one star as this is mandatory in order to leave review, Williams London is a scam, taking good people’s hard earned money and providing absolute shite in return. Bought what was advertised as leather trainers for £42.00 that arrived as smelly plastic/rubber - poorly made and too small. Customer Service at Williams London (aka China) wanted another £9.99 to return item and choose another product. If I had purchased trainers from a cheap Chinese supplier I would have anticipated the quality to be poor; but £42.00 for something I’d pay no more than £5 for is absolute robbery. Boycott this company; it has no affiliation with London UK! Needs to be banned by trading standard

Utter rubbish. Do not buy. Impossible to return as you have to send to China and incur postage costs plus customs fees. Absolute scammers - certainly not a UK based company

I have put one star simply because one…

I have put one star simply because one cannot make an entry on trust pilot without adding it. The blouse I purchased is utterly hideous. It cost £35 and I wouldn’t be seen dead in wearing it. ghastly fabric, poor stitching. awful quality. Their advertising is excellent because they managed to con me! They make the blouse that I purchased to be very glamorous. It is utterly disgusting. I would not insult my local charity shop by donating it to them. Upon checking their website they say you can ask for a label to return what they don’t tell you is that it would cost a fortune. I believe under the sales of goods that they are not adhering to regulations. Clothes certainly not of merchantable quality. NEVER purchase anything from this company . Don’tfall for the attractive model who would look good on a bin liner! Actually I would prefer to wear a bin liner than the rubbish Williams sell. I think this case should be heard in Court. I might issue proceedings as someone needs to shut them down. I have had replies to my emails when they say they are there to help - indeed they are! They are there to help THEMSELVES!!!DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Utter Crap

Not even worth one star. Wish I had checked this site out before I bought. Clothes were a rubbish and costs for returning were astronomic. A complete rip off from China I suspect. Do NOT buy anything from this site.

Scam site

This is a scam site that re invents itself every few weeks with a different name but always with ‘London’ in the name. It uses the same model to show off the clothes and gives the impression that it is based in London. Items come from China and are cheap rubbish. I bought 2 dresses that were far too small and made from a very cheap printed material. Being too bad to give away or take to a charity shop, they went into the bin. Don’t fall for the glossy advert
