I have made several online orders and every time they have delivered on times and the quality and range of beers has been excellent. As a coeliac I struggled to find Gluten Free beer that is at a reasonable price. The range of GF beers is wide and their GF pack of lagers and ales never disappoints.

Received a dodgy batch of their beer and informed them of such and they never bothered to respond, either to that or to a follow up asking if I placed another order would it be from a new/fixed batch. I suppose they didn’t want to admit that they’d brewed a bad batch. Shame really, I won’t be ordering from them again.

We've recently opened a new venue at work and needed some quirky beers to stock in our small bar. Found these guys online and their Totem range. Called and spoke to them and found the call a little brusque at first if honest, and so wasn't sure. Really wanted their beers though so we followed up. Glad we did, as their service has been fantastic . They quickly raised an invoice for what I wanted and literally the cans arrived the following day - bearing in mind we're as far from them the other side of the country as it's possible to be! We ordered three types of beer from them initially. All tasted great to us upon trying them when they arrived - and more importantly have sold very well since we opened. On the back of this we've just placed a second order for a wider number of beer types from them. Again, the beers arrived the day after ordering. Can't fault these guys and am really looking forward to a great long term relationship with this and other projects we're involved in.
