I had a fantastic experience with jade she's a 5star who helped me purchase my Tesla Model x a dream . From the moment I spoke to her on the phone,  she was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. Her  and her team, Tim , Wolverhampton branch patiently answered all of my questions, explained the things that i wanted to know , and  5stars Jade even took the time on .her day off to make sure i was still being looked after.  Tim who also help me with everything while jade was off .  Jade ( Wolverhampton branch) and Jaz ( Maidstone branch)professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I left the dealership with my Tesla and a big smile on my face apart from some noise that was coming from suspension which they ask me to take it to tesla and they will pay for the repair and M.O.T and the manger at Wolverhampton branch Adam he was very helpful also by authorising the cost of the repairs, all thanks to this exceptional sales personnels dedication and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying

Chris from William's Group was very good from start to finish, particularly as I had some challenging personal circumstances in collecting the vehicle. His professionalism throughout was excellent. The car has been a joy to drive and continues to be, it is fairly priced and has evidently been loved.

The only fault was a mirror on the vehicle which was damaged before I arrived to collect however, Chris was happy for me to source a brand-new one from the dealer and have it fitted. Williams then paid the full cost of this, which I felt was generous.

I would not hesitate to look for future cars at Williams.

I collected my new car last week from Jade. She has been superb throughout from start to finish. I personally have worked in prestige main agents for 20 years. Initially I was a little sceptical about going outside manufacturer approved. The phone was answered quickly by jade with the initial enquiry. She answered all my questions, arranged a viewing at a convenient time for me and took a reservation fee. Which is fully refundable up to the point of viewing the car.
When I arrived for the testdrive. The car was valeted and ready ( it seems minor, but makes a difference )
She agreed to have a few things done to the car, a new MOT and service ect. Then arranged the collection for the following week. At one point there might have been a delay on picking up the car. Though Jade kept me up to date all the way and with plenty of notice. Turns out there was nothing to worry about and it was ready on time.We couldn't agree on a part exchange price that was mutually beneficial. So I made seperate arrangements to sell that, which was very straightforward with an online retailer. This left me with no means to drive and collect my car and needed to get a train. As another kind offer. Jade arranged for me to be collected from the local station by Ian. A very friendly chap who was bang on time.
When I arrived to collect the car. It had even cleaned again and was ready to go after a few bits of paperwork.
To sum up. I would by outside a main agent again. I would by from the Williams Group in Wolverhampton again. Last but not least, I would 100% by another car from Jade again.

The attention to detail was excellent with the GAP insurance and comprehensive warranty very well explained. The vehicle was absolutely as described by
Chris Moseley and in super all round condition, exactly as I had hoped.

My drive home to Winchester, was a lovely 100 miles and I couldn’t stop smiling!

Brought a Jag Xf recently. Brilliant car and excellent customer service from Jade, definitely recommend Williams Group for your next purchase.

I was looking to buy a new car and Jaz of the Williams Group has made that the most fantastic experience. Honest, knowledgeable, direct and a raft of relevant experience he kept me informed at every stage of the process and his after sales service has been second to none! He is, in my opinion, quite simply the best car salesperson in the UK!! I cannot rate him or the Williams Group highly enough.

Would highly recommend. Purchased a car back in December and the service has been really fair. I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews but I can't fault them. The car I bought needed minor work (ball joint) and the garage did not hesitate to cover the cost. Communication was great!

I’m not happy at all with the car I will say I did not look as much as I should’ve
On I paid £53k or more for this car out right I will say I did not get the best from it all

1) windscreen have so many ships on it and I did say it on site they say to me it will cost £300 to fix and gave me £200 off the deal now it’s costing me £1,200 to get a new one in

2) under the bumper they is a side cover missing that need replacing and they are same order bits I’m not happy with I have told my boy to drive the car back next and drop it of I don’t think I will be having it anymore no

Wit all this Being said how is this a good customer experience

I recently bought an F Pace form the guys at Williams Motor Company, I had travelled from Northern Ireland to pick up my car after doing the deal over the phone so was a bit apprehensive to say the least. I arrived at the garage to be met by a friendly team who told me to take my time looking over the car , paperwork was handled very efficiently and they had me on the road within the hour - No Dramas. Thanks guys will definetly deal with you again - Awesome Car !!

Definitely be using this outstanding company again...excellent range of top class used vehicles and very professional staff. No pressure sales.

I recently bought an Audi A8 L from Williams Group and wanted to add some comments on the experience.

I reserved the car with a refundable payment which gave me some initial reassurance. The car was prepared, serviced, minor requirements put right and when I went to test drive it the car was immaculate inside and out. Lovely.

The initial viewing was nice and relaxed and I had some time to look the car over alone.

The whole experience was easy and I felt I could trust everyone I dealt with. Comms all the way through was great as well.

A first class experience thanks guys and girls. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

PS loving the awesome car

Bought what we thought was our dream car but since had problem after problem. Within 3 hours of collecting the car we discovered a strange banging and immediately informed them to claim on the 30 warranty. They advised us to take it to a local garage where we were told not only is the wishbone is broken, the tyres are also completely illegal despite being MOT'ed at their garage! We forwarded the quote and photos from the local garage to Williams Group wolverhampton and they are refusing to pay for the repairs despite it being within warranty. They did ask to get another quote from another garage which we are willing to do as long as they pay for the diagnostics of both garages. We also did a price comparison on this kind of job to see if it was reasonable and it turns out the quote is below average. After refusing to honour their warranty and pay the repair price they are now ignoring us

Do not leave a deposit or sign anything unless ABSOLUTELY sure and insurance in place otherwise Arthur Daley will keep your £500 and fob you off.

Super pleased with the service delivered by Jade and Chris, very polite individuals that made the whole process very efficient and smooth. Happy customer is an understatement!

Would totally recommend Williams Group. Neil provided great service from the moment I first viewed the car to when I drove it home .
Any concerns I had Neil was prompt to sort it out and I drove away very happy.

Awesome customer service

As I was travelling from 5 hours distance plus train issues with the strike I met with unfriendly angry faced lady , after being forced to sign so many paperwork I was very close to give up buying the car walk out , car buying is very simple , you pay and they fill up V5C and give your receipts. That’s it , instead they were very pushy towards their other products such as warranty and covers. However after little argument I bought the car and left , didn’t have much time to check every point of the car as they were about to shut and angry already because I was late . I came home and next day I seen one of the metal Mercedes printed metal plate under the passenger side door was hanging ( previously it came off and they tried to put it back with silicones but obviously it was a badly done ) and rear passenger door stuck you have to pull very hard when opening from outside and push very hard from inside to open , as a taxi driver it causes issues . Again I’m pretty sure they knew about these issues , warranty that they were offered me was only month so not much hope getting anything from them either . Long story short I wouldn’t advise anyone purchasing cars from this seller .
