I had a fantastic experience with jade she's a 5star who helped me purchase my Tesla Model x a dream . Chris from William's Group was very good from start to finish, particularly as I had some challenging personal circumstances in collecting the vehicle. His professionalism throughout was excellent. The car has been a joy to drive and continues to be, it is fairly priced and has evidently been loved.
The only fault was a mirror on the vehicle which was damaged before I arrived to collect however, Chris was happy for me to source a brand-new one from the dealer and have it fitted. Williams then paid the full cost of this, which I felt was generous.
I would not hesitate to look for future cars at Williams.

I collected my new car last week from Jade. She has been superb throughout from start to finish. I personally have worked in prestige main agents for 20 years. Initially I was a little sceptical about going outside manufacturer approved. The phone was answered quickly by jade with the initial enquiry. She answered all my questions, arranged a viewing at a convenient time for me and took a reservation fee. Which is fully refundable up to the point of viewing the car.
When I arrived for the testdrive. The car was valeted and ready ( it seems minor, but makes a difference )
She agreed to have a few things done to the car, a new MOT and service ect. Then arranged the collection for the following week. At one point there might have been a delay on picking up the car. Though Jade kept me up to date all the way and with plenty of notice. Turns out there was nothing to worry about and it was ready on time.We couldn't agree on a part exchange price that was mutually beneficial. So I made seperate arrangements to sell that, which was very straightforward with an online retailer. This left me with no means to drive and collect my car and needed to get a train. As another kind offer. Jade arranged for me to be collected from the local station by Ian. A very friendly chap who was bang on time.
When I arrived to collect the car. It had even cleaned again and was ready to go after a few bits of paperwork.
To sum up. I would by outside a main agent again. I would by from the Williams Group in Wolverhampton again. Last but not least, I would 100% by another car from Jade again.

I recently bought an Audi A8 L from Williams Group and wanted to add some comments on the experience.
I reserved the car with a refundable payment which gave me some initial reassurance. The car was prepared, serviced, minor requirements put right and when I went to test drive it the car was immaculate inside and out. Lovely.
The initial viewing was nice and relaxed and I had some time to look the car over alone.
The whole experience was easy and I felt I could trust everyone I dealt with. Comms all the way through was great as well.

Illegal Tyres, Broken Wishbone, Ignoring Calls
Bought what we thought was our dream car but since had problem after problem. Within 3 hours of collecting the car we discovered a strange banging and immediately informed them to claim on the 30 warranty. They advised us to take it to a local garage where we were told not only is the wishbone is broken, the tyres are also completely illegal despite being MOT'ed at their garage! We forwarded the quote and photos from the local garage to Williams Group wolverhampton and they are refusing to pay for the repairs despite it being within warranty. They did ask to get another quote from another garage which we are willing to do as long as they pay for the diagnostics of both garages. We also did a price comparison on this kind of job to see if it was reasonable and it turns out the quote is below average. After refusing to honour their warranty and pay the repair price they are now ignoring us

As I was travelling from 5 hours…
As I was travelling from 5 hours distance plus train issues with the strike I met with unfriendly angry faced lady , after being forced to sign so many paperwork I was very close to give up buying the car walk out , car buying is very simple , you pay and they fill up V5C and give your receipts. That’s it , instead they were very pushy towards their other products such as warranty and covers. However after little argument I bought the car and left , didn’t have much time to check every point of the car as they were about to shut and angry already because I was late . I came home and next day I seen one of the metal Mercedes printed metal plate under the passenger side door was hanging ( previously it came off and they tried to put it back with silicones but obviously it was a badly done ) and rear passenger door stuck you have to pull very hard when opening from outside and push very hard from inside to open , as a taxi driver it causes issues . Again I’m pretty sure they knew about these issues , warranty that they were offered me was only month so not much hope getting anything from them either . Long story short I wouldn’t advise anyone purchasing cars from this seller .
