The window technician came to replace a crazed pane of double glazing in the porch door. He did the job of replacing it in 20 minutes (the pane of the correct size had been ordered some weeks previously). Very efficient.

A truly first class windows and door replacement service!
Williams Windows' service was just phenomenal! The initial survey was quick and easy, the price point was incredibly competitive and the planning and communication with the office was pain free. But best of all, the finished result is absolutely fabulous. The fitting team turned up on time, worked incredibly hard and completed the job faster than originally planned. The quality of the windows and doors is top notch and the joiners' workmanship and finish is first class. Everything was totally professional from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Williams Windows to anyone looking for quality replacement windows and doors.

i couldn't get my kitchen window open
i couldn't get my kitchen window open, so i phoned the company on the 1st July 24 said they would phone me never happened
i also phoned consumers on the 10th as where i stand with my rights i phoned the company also on the 10th they gave me the Thursday at 9 30 to 11 30 they phoned again and gave me another time 10am to 12 on the Thursday never happened i will get back on to consumers

Apologises for the delay in the handle not being fitted yesterday, our repair man had being given the wrong phone number to advise you he was running late and had left a message for you to call back. As per our telephone call this morning arrangements have been made to replace this handle on the day that suits you. As a business that has been trading for over the last 29 years we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and on this occasion admit a human error was made.
