Would not buy again, their customer service doesn’t not seem to even exist, I received a damaged furniture, reported the issue and now it’s just pending nearly 2 weeks. Not sure how long more.

Went wrong - yes. Put right immediately, at cost.

Yes, something went wrong, but I have never experienced a retailer so determined to put it right, at their cost, even though they were let down by their supplier. I have to say customer service they excelled at, and response once they knew there was a problem was quick and decisive. Thank you, will shop here again. Chris.

Amazing customer care…

My experience with wilcos customer care team was amazing!!
I had ordered a moji dog for my daughter’s birthday and wasn’t sure if it would arrive on Time !!!!

So I got in contact with wilcos customer care team who were more than happy to help !

They upgraded my delivery free of charge so my daughter received her present on time

never arrived.

Item was supposed to arrive in 1-4 days. Ordered for a birthday with 7 days to spare. It never arrived. After 19 days received a message to say the computers were playing up or something. 🙄

Poor service

Poor service.
Waiting well over a week for my items I have ordered only to be ignored when asking for a tracking number.
I I would not recommend these people at all.

Don’t use Willos

Don’t use Willos. My product never arrived, I contacted customer service & they never got back to me. Totally hopeless!! Missed my nephews birthday & lost my money.
