Just tried calling this company on the number at the top of their website. Number not recognised! Having read some other comments then I don't think they are trading. I think this also shows how unreliable some of the fantastic reviews on Trustpilot are.

Something not right here as they say they are open 24 hours but like previous review you can not pay on line and the telephone number is showing invalid.

This site is not user friendly
This site is not user friendly. wanted to order a product but no payment option available - just says contact by telephone to discuss payment alternative. the number given is invalid. They also give a link to their 'sister company' gardenfurniture4u based at same address but on contacting them the guy on the phone said not a sister company but completely different company with no links although we have some of their products. dodgy I think.

This is the sister site of gardenfurniture4u.
This is the sister site of Gardenfurniture4u. This was confirmed when I rang to order some wicker chairs From Gardenfurniture4u. I had first seen the item listed on Willowbay4u. Due to Covid19 you can’t order online with either Website, so I rang the provided number to be told they haven't been shipping for around 9 weeks now due to Coronavirus. The guy on the phone was matter of fact and polite, if very keen to get me off the phone.
