Friendly staff, and a stylist who took time to consider the best cut for me. Prompt attention, nothing was rushed, and the cut and blow dry were efficient - and I was very happy with the result.

Great colour and haircut with Natalie. Always walk out feeling better than when going in!

The first looks like it didn’t post. It from a few months ago;
I had an initial haircut with someone at the salon that felt too short. I’d seen him before and he is a very good stylist only this time too much was cut away. On voicing my feelings re length Sarah went the extra mile to help re trimming the grow out free of charge. Once hair was a good length she refused payment for my first proper cut with her (as opposed to a trim). It was a brilliant cut and I’m really happy to have found her! I use xtenso and I learnt that this treatment is available at the salon. Natalie did a wonderful job today. She took more time with my hair than I’ve experienced in the past when having this treatment. I highly recommend this salon.

I have continued to go to the Salon. Sarah is a brilliant stylist and Natalie did a great xtenso treatment today 9th of August.

Sarah has been doing my hair for nearly 20 years. She is an exceptional hairdresser. Everyone at the salon is welcoming and kind. It is a relaxing experience and the salon provides a very calming atmosphere. Sarah is very professional and knows her customers well. She is brilliant at highlighting and is an expert at cutting hair. I highly recommend Sarah.

I was delighted at the welcoming atmosphere at Willow and relaxed but professional feel of the place.
There is a good energy and everyone was lovely. Not to be sad, but my friend and hairdresser passed away last year so I needed somewhere that I felt comfortable, and someone who I felt I could trust with my curls. Stacey was charming and did a really good cut. She listened but didn't put pressure on, and I felt great after. I will be going back.

First time here today, new to the area and needed a decent hairdresser. How lucky was I to find this place and specifically Stacey. She got my brief a hundred percent spot on and I am thrilled with my new hair.
All the staff were so friendly and chatty and know how to put you at ease. Fantastic.

Huge thanks to Stacey and also the lovely Paula who was also a delight. Looking forward to going back already.

I came to Willows after a terrible experience with Toni and Guy doing my colour 15 years ago. Sarah is the best hairdresser for colour and cut. All the staff are amazing, very welcoming and provide a very calm relaxing environment with wonderful coffee. Willows have a great reputation and I see the same clientele over the last 15 years which says it all. Thank you

A fantastic salon in Highgate. Would 100% recommend! Everyone at the salon was so welcoming and lovely, both at my initial consult and appointment. Tommy did an AMAZING job of colouring my hair to a natural blonde balayage, and Stacey gave a beautiful cut/reshape/blowout. Very very happy with the end product.

Welcoming team. My second experience at Willow was tip top, thorough and professional. Highlights just right for my colouring and a super cut that shaped my face.

This was a really great hair experience! The staff were really welcoming and amazing at their jobs. Importantly they listen to client needs and it’s reflected in their beautiful results! I love my hair Thankyou so much will definitely be returning :)

Jason is amazing. He did the best haircut I have ever had and recommended the best products for me to use to manage my curls so they are natural and feel like "me". I have tried numerous products and tried various hairstyles in the past that did not work so I am very pleased to have had such a positive experience.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service! Natalie is very knowledgable with colour and is able to understand what I would like to achieve.
Her hair cutting and blow drys are also perfection:) I have long thick hair so this is no mean feat

Having thick curly unruly hair, I've never had a style that has retained a smartness or shape as it grows out, but my cut at Willow from Jason has completely changed the way I feel about my hair. Genuinely so impressed.

The team are also really welcoming, and provide a COVID safe and friendly environment. Would absolutely recommend.
