Utter disgrace!!!!

They put a picture of a lovely jacket in the insta advert … and then they send you a cheap polyester tiny equivalent .. the kind of jacket you’d give a child under 5 with pictures of pockets rather than actually having pockets …

Order a polo shirt the material appears to wash out cotton polo style what I received was a poorly made nylon polo totally inferior product to what was advertised.
Refund offer if you returned back to china on a tracked postage which the cost is about £17.

Pictures or items are not what you receive instead you get cheap Chinese rubbish. I paid £60 for a gorgeous jacket and it turned up 3 weeks later as a small child’s anorak.. straight in the dustbin.
Pretending to be London based and quality, but just some rip off Chinese based scammers. No chance of refunds.. bunch of Cun__. Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on FB. Avoid at all costs.

Not a London based outfit. Scam website. Products not consumer worthy and I've just reported them to the UK Trading Standards. Avoid avoid avoid.

This company is extremely misleading.

The jacket my partner received is nowhere near the product shown on the website. What arrived looks like a cheap imitation:
• Labels and pockets are printed, not stitched
• Poor stitching, low-grade materials
• Feels mass-produced and low quality, not “premium” in any sense

The website photos are highly deceptive. What you receive does not match the advertised product at all.

Despite presenting itself as a London-based brand, returns must be sent to Asia at the customer’s expense, which is conveniently not made clear before purchase. This alone should raise red flags.

The website proudly claims thousands of happy customers, yet the reviews shown cannot be accessed, verified, or independently found. This strongly suggests the reviews are fabricated.
There are also basic inconsistencies in their own story — “Established 2015” but also claiming “15+ years of trusted service.” Someone’s maths doesn’t add up.

This is classic drop-shipping disguised as a British brand. The product clearly comes from China, while the branding is designed to mislead customers into believing they are buying a high-quality London product.

Very disappointing experience. Save your money and avoid this website.
