Drayton Motors Grimsby Simply Superb
Drayton Motors Grimsby staff were superb from start to finish. The main reason I completed the deal was after finding the car and wanting it, after a bit of negotiation. Tracy remained a true professional and with no hard sell on extras. I didn't need extra services etc as it still held it's kia warranty so had to be done at a main dealers. Which was a concern of mine before I even test drove. I knew what I wanted and don't like coming across as argumentative. I felt relaxed and always felt that while Tracy worked for the dealer. She was also doing her best to get a deal together that would appeal to me even if it put her sales manager on the spot. I hope to keep this car a good number of years. But be rest assured I will be straight back to see what is available here before anywhere else. I've bought many cars from other dealers and have had a some very disappointing experiences. Tracy and her team have fully restored my belief that there are decent, honest car sales to be had and I sincerely hope all your targets are easily met which with sales like mine will be a walk in the park. Well done to the whole team especially the ones behind the scene that I probably didn't even see. Their efforts have made this customer beam from ear to ear each time I get in the car.

We purchased the car and within a week…
We purchased the car and within a week I had to call out the AA as the windscreen wipers would not work. It turned out that the motor had seized. Booked the car in for repair on the Tuesday. Fortunately due to Rachel in the service department, who kindly expedited the ordering of the part, we were eventually able to get the car repaired and back on Friday afternoon, as they seemed very reluctant to provide a courtesy car. When we received the inspection report it stated that the rear break pads were worn to 70%, however, the vehicle was alleged to have received a service prior to us picking this up but we were not advised of the poor state of the break pads or even offered the option of replacements at our expense. Poor show on this. We have purchased a car previously from this garage, so we are a little disappointed on this occasion. I would point out that Raggi and Rachel have been excellent"

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the issue you experienced with the windscreen wiper motor so soon after purchasing the vehicle. Whilst mechanical failures can unfortunately occur unexpectedly, I appreciate how inconvenient this was, particularly so early into your ownership.
I’m pleased to hear that Rachel was able to assist in expediting the parts and repair process, and that both Rachel and Raggi provided excellent support throughout. I will ensure your kind comments are passed on to them.
In relation to the rear brake pads, our vehicle health check records show approximately 70% wear remaining rather than 70% worn. However, I appreciate how the wording may have caused concern, and I understand your comments regarding the communication around this.
Thank you again for your feedback. Whilst I’m sorry we fell short of expectations on this occasion, I appreciate your continued support and am pleased we were able to get the vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible.

Very Good Experience
From my very first telephone enquiry concerning the vehicle I was interested in, Mr Vim Patel the salesman was wonderfully understanding, courteous and couldn't do enough to give me complete confidence about the garage, the car and the purchase if I was to go ahead and buy the car. Everything was explained in detail and he showed great patience in answering all my "small" questions. Ragging was the sales person who sorted everything, from looking for the right car for me, test driving it, paperwork making sure I understood everything. Most importantly got me a hot drink whilst sorting all this out. The treatment that was shown throughout this experience was fantastic.

The experience at Drayton Motors Scunthorpe was good because we felt no pressure . On arrival Raggi(Sales executive) came out and introduced himself and said he wouldn't be following us around and we just had to ask if we wanted any vehicle unlocking or further information. Extremely knowledgeable and professional service throughout purchase with regular updates prior to car delivery date, and courtesy call a few days later to check in.
