I ordered two Brindabella roses from the thatI received today via Fed Ex. Hey are two gallon and huge, very nice roses. I have ordered roses online for over 20 years and I was very pleased. They arrived quickly, were well packed, the soil was still moist and they were shipped super fast. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased several plants from them at various times. Some were decent quality, others were pretty awful and never thrived. The worst thing, however, is how they refuse to post any reviews that are less than 4 or 5 star. In fact, if you look at every plant with review, they are all 5 stars. That is IMPOSSIBLE for any garden/nursery online store to achieve and honest companies will post ALL reviews. I tried to post 3 reviews that were only 3 star. I included pictures and a very detailed description of what occurred, just an honest, truthful review without any personal attacks or anything at all like that. My reviews stayed "pending" on my account for months so I contacted them to ask why they were not being posted to which they emailed me back and said they'd "look into it"...months went by and it still said pending with no word back so I followed up with them again..then they ghosted me and never responded. To this day, over a year now, those reviews remain "pending" and unpublished. I refuse to ever purchase another plant from them again. There are MUCH better online nurseries out there and HONEST ones. Their review system is shady and dishonest so do NOT trust all those 5 star reviews, which dominate on every plant. And, of course, they shadowbanned my review on other sites so hopefully others will see this one and will take it into consideration that their reviews on their website do NOT reflect the truth.

A little difficulty placing an order from UK online, but Sunny was very helpful (and patient!) indeed. We spoke on the phone and she organised everything for me. Very happy with the transaction.

Purchased a bamboo plant that never showed signs of growth and company refused to replace it.

They have a thirty day guarantee return policy, however, they do not advertise that they will not cancel your order when you contact and if you contact regarding plants that are not in good health, they encourage planting, which voids the return policy. They also require you contact within 72 hours to engage the "thirty day return" policy. Deceptive. I have reported them to the BBB as they have offered no recourse.
