I arrived back to Luton Airport from Schiphol Airport Amsterdam last night and needed Special Assistance there and at Luton. Jennifer and Tom at Luton were absolutely amazing and caring. They both were fantastic for such young people who
genuinely cared about us and we laughed all the way from the plane to the arrivals hall. They both totally deserve so much praise and commendation and definitely need to given something to show how much we as passengers appreciate their care and kindness and their total respect for us.

Awful - no customer service
My (autistic ) son travelled today from LHR : Wilson James told us 10/15 minute wait for assistance. After numerous calls from BA, someone eventually arrived 10 minutes before gates opened - to collect another passenger. Thanks to the intervention of the superb BA supervisor , my son eventually got his assistance - after close to 2 hour wait!
My 94 year old Mother.....
My 94 year old Mother travelled today to Toronto.
This Company, are responsible at Heathrow for assisting passengers (wheel chairs etc) and getting them safely onto the flight
They could not have done a better job, perfect!
