Excellent Customer/landlord service offered by Wilsons Estate agent.

Both Kate & Steph have a high degree of knowledge , customer care skills and professionalism in their field.
As a result, they demonstrated this throughout my dealings with Wilsons Estate agents.

This is the reason I am a returning customer to Wilson's Estate agents, they only employ staff who are of a high proffessional calibre.
I would 100% recommend Wilson's as the first point of contact for any property, estate sales lettings or landlord services.

Everyone at Wilsons is always very professional, but a the same time they are also all very friendly and approachable. We first came across Wilsons when buying a BTL property. Their service to us, as buyers, was first class, and we left the property with them to manage. Unlike with other agents we have used, we are completely satisfied with their service. They have achieved good rents for us, and quickly found tenants, and our renters have also expressed satisfaction with their service, They now manage three of our properties to our complete satisfaction. Recently we have also sold a property through them, and again the price they achieved reached our expectations and the sale was handled quickly and efficiently.

Excellent it was a good collaboration

There was a brief hold up in getting a resolution to a couple of issues recently but this was not due to any lack of effort on Carol's part, who tried to get things sorted. Not only did Carol try to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently, she displayed a level of empathy, regarding concerns I had, that I rarely see these days (generally speaking). All staff are friendly, approachable and understanding of the varying needs of tenants and are happy to assist in any way that they can. I fully intend to remain working/renting with Wilsons for as long as possible, or until I'm in a position to purchase a home, in which case I would still only trust the staff at Wilsons. Their honesty, professionalism and support far surpasses any experience I've had with other agents in over the years.

Have been working with wilson lettings for sometime & they manage seversl of our property portfolio .They are by far extremely professional & the management team are very proactive.

Halfway through my house sale and so far all the Wilsons staff I've spoken to or met have been totally professional, friendly, efficient and treat my house sale as if it's their own. After being let down by a buyer the fabulously calm Chenise was more disappointed than I was! I would highly recommend Wilsons for rental services. They are very professional, they have a real friendly and personal touch and they actually do care which is rare to find with others!
