I have been using Wilsons Chemist in…

I have been using Wilsons Chemist in West Kirby for some time now and have always found the staff to be professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

I would particularly like to mention the new owner. Since he took over, I have really warmed to him. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to help and answer any questions. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and his customer service is excellent.

The pharmacy is well run, efficient, and provides a personal touch that is becoming increasingly rare these days. It is reassuring to know that such a professional and caring service is available in the local community.

Thank you to the new owner and all the staff for the excellent service you provide. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with a doctor’s…

Had a problem with a doctor’s prescription and the pharmacist was extremely helpful in resolving the problem, taking time to phone the surgery direct and ensuring We got the medication needed.
