Convenient location, helpful service

Wilson storage had the nerve to put the rent up TWICE for a combined 18% within 6 months. So I moved to another storage unit just around the corner. I hope the unit I was renting stays empty for a year and they never see that $1200

Good location

I live 2 hours away from the facility and they were so helpful when I needed to allow movers to gain access as well as providing support via the phone and email when needed.
The facility is clean and secure.

It literally took 5minutes to get the storage place. I got half price for two months. Great service.

Friendly and helpful was Beau Cameron ( facility manager) who helped me with my storage needs .
We discussed over the phone and when I arrived there was a storage unit open ready for me to inspect. Once done he efficiently sorted out paperwork . Making the move in seemless .

Quick and easy to organise a unit and reasonably priced for the size of the unit. Sign-up was a breeze. Only downside, and it's a small one, is that the office isn't open on the weekends to organise the paperwork and inspect the space.
Other than that, a very good experience.

Beau Cameron the Facility Manager is always very helpful with a great attitude.

Annually increasing loyal long term customers the rent while offering new customers discounts. All good stores at Wilson need to be covered as so much dust gathers on belongings. Competition near by offers $170 a month cheaper for same size storage.

When I first signed up, the facility was owned by a different company. I provided a lot of feedback about poor/broken equipment, lack of facilities (such as a toilet after business hours), trolleys without brakes etc. When Wilson bought it they didn't change or improve anything - they just made the contracts harder to get out of.
I have had 4 increases in 3 years, equalling a 30% rise in the cost of storage. I was informed in writing that 9 monthly increases are 'standard practice' by Wilson Storage. They inflate prices hugely once you have signed a contract with them, and generate single price increases of 15% or more every time. No point requesting a review - it's a flat NO. They know you're a bit trapped and it's a hassle to move your belongings out. They don't provide any improvements to service, more staffing, better security, no change to the quality of the facility (such as fixing broken things) - they just keep increasing the rental cost.

They help you with everything you need for your removal truck bay, and the bases.
