Massive increase in rent
Wilson’s took over ownership of the storage units where I rented a unit. Rental price increases then took place every six months with the first one being 6%. The following increase was a massive 30% so I terminated my lease.

A very safe place but now is overpriced I had a storage unit for about 13 years starting cost was $90.00 per month cost now $225.00 per month, nothing changed just the owners ( 3 times) and price and reduced access times, no weekend access
