Nothing to complain about other than I was told the complimentary truck wouldn't be available on the day yet it was parked in the yard from the time I arrived until I finished the move. So I could have used it and returned it well before the next customer needed it.

The desk staff were very patient with me even though I was overwhelmed at the time with things going on. They were lovely and helpful. The premises is clean.

The storage units are super clean and easy to access. The prices are also very good for the size of sheds. The staff are very polite and helpful . I have moved many many times and have used a lot of storage facilities and I have to say this is one of the best I’ve used.
