Friendly, helpful staff, and good facilities
A few weeks ago I called to inquire about storage rates, access etc. Ivy was very helpful and informative. A few days ago I went in to Wilson's at Box Hill to see the storage areas, and make a decision. Cassandra was also very helpful and informative. With Cassandra's assistance, setting up the storage agreement and online account went smoothly. I was also impressed with how clean and tidy the storage facility is, and despite several days of rain, everything inside was dry. The access gates, elevator, trolleys etc all work well and are in good condition. Thanks to Cassandra's instructions, accessing my storage unit was a very easy process. The rates are also quite reasonable. I highly recommend the facility and the friendly, helpful staff.

12 year trouble free storage
The premises are always clean and accessible. Good areas for parking and loading.
Access onto the site is sometimes problematic due to high traffic flow along the main connecting roadway.
