Amazing service for our last minute requirement for a storage facility

From the first time we phoned up for information we were greeted by Katie and she was so pleasant and helpful. We organised a viewing with her and decided to go with Wilson Storage.

I started with a list of potential storage locations. Only had to make one call to Wilsons at Ironstone Rd. Their friendly approach and efficient follow up communications can’t be faulted.
With their knowledge of the industry, Cate and Katie have helped immensely with storage solutions and available alternatives.
Wilson’s have helped to make our interstate move a lot less stressful.

My phone call was answered promptly by a human not a computer. I was helped by Katie, who is very friendly yet also very good at her job. Had my unit booked in under three minutes over the phone and confirmation and welcome email received immediately after.
