I was suggested to go there by my real estate agent. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed and every need as far is storage is concerned was addressed by the young man. I think Liam is his name.He is an excellent communicator and very supportive and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and clear with the hire proceedings and usage directions.

Clean and easy access, plus amiable staff.

The emails notifying us of a payment due, long day access times, trolleys available so you don’t have to bring your own, toilets onsite and automated lighting

Having to vacate my rented home of 12+ years is daunting to say the least but having not found anywhere affordable to move to in the 60 days notice is highly stressful, I've never been homeless in my life. The manager Fiona and staff at Knoxfield showed genuine compassion and were super helpful. The facility and how it works was easy to negotiate with their help.
The only downside was learning about the 28 days notice required upon departure after I had started moving things in. If I was told about it, it didn't register until I saw the sign when exiting the facility. I would argue that it is extreme and would like to hear how it's justified. If and when I find my next home, it's highly unlikely there would be a 28 day delay in moving in so either I sit in an empty unit while notice is served or I pay for a storage unit that I have vacated. Chances are the unit will get rented in that time so Wilson Storage get 2 rents paid for the 1 unit.
As this is the first time I've used a storage unit, I don't know if 28 days notice is approved standard practice. I guess I should look into it.
