Staff excellent. Usually walked from home - parking spot often involved a wait for someone to leave. Rent increases ridiculous. $165 for 10 months.$189 for 5 then March $202.

The staff were always able to assist with any issue no matter how small and made us feel secure that storage was safe.

Great service and Terry was fantastic to deal with.
The whole process was very simple.

I was very impressed with the service that Terry offered me. He was efficient and flexible and resolved my situation quickly. The South Melbourne facility was also very clean and access was easy.

The fees are absolutely exorbitant and their portal keeps forgetting the autopay added credit card leading to massive late fees even when the issue is raised. Found the same size storage a third of the price just outside of the city area. Honestly can not recommend at all based on fees alone, I wish it was more convenient to have moved earlier but now that I’ve left it’s an absolute sigh of relief.

Easy to deal with, reliable and great with their communication. Terry the manager does a great job and is pleasant to deal with.

Needed some last-minute storage help and gave these guys a call. I dealt with Nick and also his manager Terry.

Both guys were amazing and empathetic with my situation of needing a very last-minute storage solution. They were accommodating and understood how stressed I was given that I was left stranded by Removalist during a recent move and needed to have my belongings somewhere until I could organise myself.

I couldn’t fault how these guys handled my situation and made me feel at ease

Professionalism of the staff is what clinched this for me. I've stored with others who just say 'yes' to specific requirements, eg out of normal Aussie office hours access, access to electricity power point on an ad hoc basis, running the last couple of months of a contract for support for overseas online biz as you close down this operation, then get upset that you do what you say you were going to do. So refreshing to find a supplier who says no to some things as it demonstrates they aren't just looking to get a sale. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

What I'll be doing for the next 14 months requires me to be absolutely focused on the task at hand & not worrying/being distracted by access or security issues.

The fact that the local management & staff are really nice folks is icing on the cake 😀👍
