A good facility with warm human touch
Nathan is a wonderful person who made my entire experience "COOL". I felt Wilson Storage as an extension of my home's store room. The facility, the navigation through the maze of rooms and the store rooms are well arranged. I appreciate the cleanliness of the toilet - that defines culture of an organisation. The sound system was good and I was enjoying 80s songs while organising my store room. Keep up the good work Nathan and the team.

We arrived to unload it was chaos!
We arrived to unload . I had paid Removalist and had to wait an hour before being able to stack the area. There were 3 other groups in in storage areas next to ours who were doing the same thing. This cost me an extra $150 dollars. This system does not work . I have had storage before at a different company and this was never an issue. The removalists also pointed that the lift was very small requiring greater time to unload so we were at the storage for 2 hours and there was no toilet .
