I booked a cleaning service with Wimbledon Cleaners for 9 AM, but no one arrived. When I called to check, I was told they would look into it. I asked if they needed my booking details, but the lady on the phone claimed she already had them. I waited 20 minutes with no callback or email response, so I had to call again.

This time, I was told the cleaner had already arrived, only to find out they were sent to the wrong postcode in Kingston! When I asked about my actual booking, the same lady suddenly needed to check my postcode and couldn’t do it while on the phone because she had to “check on the phone” (which made no sense).
In short, this company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent. If you have plenty of time to waste and enjoy chasing after service providers, this might be the company for you. Otherwise, avoid at all cost!

We had a very distressing experience with the cleaning staff from this company, made more difficult as the company took no responsibility for the situation. It turned out the cleaner was just a subcontractor of a subcontractor they hardly knew. We were unfortunately too naïve in this situation

Despite using the name Wimbledon and charging market rates, their services were subpar. We booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning, but they made so many omissions that our inventory inspector was upset. We had to call the cleaners back to rectify the issues and even go to the property ourselves to ensure it was done correctly. It was a significant waste of time and effort. I would not recommend this company.
