I found Ellie online at short notice. How lucky! She’s so warm and trustworthy and kept us up to date with how our cat Buster was while we were away. Very pleased to know she lives locally and that we’ll be able to call her again.

Ellie was fantastic with our housecat, she made a lot of effort to stay and play with Margot and settle her down. She sent lots of great updates which put our minds at ease. Ellie is very trustworthy, thoughtful and attentive and we have already booked her in for the next trip! Cannot recommend enough!

Lanny absolutely loved Ellie. I think he still misses the 1-1 time.
Such excellent service while I was away on holiday. Ellie played and fed him and sent detailed daily updates and photos. I didn’t worry about him once when I was away. We even received a cute handover card at the end! He seemed very happy and like I hadn’t been gone at all.
We very much recommend Wimbledon Cats and Lanny can’t wait for me to go on holiday again.

We were extremely anxious to leave our cat Crosby for 2 weeks, as it was the longest we’d ever left him. Being a white long haired domestic, we were also worried about the upkeep of his grooming especially as he doesn’t particularly like to be brushed!

Ellie sent us daily updates and brushed him once a day to keep his coat in check, even managing to groom him on his grumbly days. The daily updates gave us peace of mind and it was lovely to come home to a very settled cat, he didn’t seem to have missed us at all. Crosby and Ellie got on like a house on fire. We will not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family!

Ellie is brilliant! Kind, caring and conscientious. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my cat!

She sends updates and is extremely trustworthy and reliable! We’ve used her a few times now and feel very glad to have found someone like her as it takes any stress out of going away and leaving your pets!

Ellie looked after our cat for a week in half-term, and we were thrilled to come home to a very calm kitty who didn't seem to have missed us at all - the best outcome! Really glad to have found Ellie and highly recommend Wimbledon Cats

We booked Ellie recently to home feed our two cats while we had a short break abroad. No issues whatsoever and the cats took to her very well. Ellie kept us well informed and sent photos. We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Having not been on holiday since my little rescue moggie developed diabetes, I suddenly all at the last minute had the daunting prospect of having an operation and blind panic of how I’d look after my cats, who are warm and affectionate but also shy, and very particular with their routines, especially as they require medication and monitoring.

To make matters worse, my rescue boy, decided to square up to his long-standing rival the day before my operation, requiring a visit to the vets and his wound monitoring.

I needn’t have worried. Ellie was fantastic and sent little updates and pictures of their adventures.

I can’t put into words the relief of finding Ellie; the reassurance it brought of finding a veterinary nurse, who not only clearly loves animals but also really understands the anxieties of pet owners. A fantastic find.
