Gift wrapping service
The product was a good quality however I purchased them as a gift and completed a message card for a special 18th birthday present. But it wasn't gift wrapped, or the card sent so the recipient had no idea where the cufflink gift had originated from !!!

Service recovery Brilliant!
First the not so good. Parcel arrived, bag ripped in half, box squashed, wrong cufflinks inside!
However, following several phone calls, social media posts etc, I am happy to report that WCC have really exceeded my expectations. A genuine apology and a new set of cufflinks were delivered within 24hrs! Superb customer service. Oh & I just have to say how beautiful these cufflinks are. Their weight is a testament to their excellent quality, they just ooze class. Buy a set, I'm sure you'll be impressed!"

The cufflinks I received don’t have the same texture. One is shiny and other one is matte. I’m disappointed because this gift was for a special person for me and it unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations. Also, a small note would have been nice to attach to let the person know what these cufflinks stand for. I thought they were silver but I think what they meant was the color of it.

We take quality seriously, and the mismatch in texture is certainly not up to our standards. We'd be more than happy to send you a replacement pair to ensure both cufflinks match perfectly.
Regarding the note, that’s a great suggestion—we’re already looking into adding a brief description or story card with our products moving forward, especially for designs that carry historical or symbolic meaning.
You’re also right about the material—the cufflinks are silver in colour but not made from sterling silver unless specifically stated in the product description.
