Andy has dealt with our financial requirements from soon after he started in business 15 years ago. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable then and having come from another high pressured commercial background knew exactly how to find the best solutions for all of our needs since. If you want straight forward good advice then you will get it and all the mortgages he has done for us over the years have been spot on. Always keeps you up to date on the progress of each event and has been more than happy to offer ongoing advice even when there is no business in the offing.

I remember being told by my Bank that I would not be able to get a Mortgage easily and by inference that it would be expensive.

That same day I rang Andy and he assured me that what I’d been told was incorrect and he put my mind at rest. Within a few days my despondency turned to elation when Andy came up with a keen offer (from another High Street Bank) which met all our needs.

This year (5 years later) when interest rates started to spiral upwards he advised us again on the best option going forward.

I contacted WFS as my fixed rate was coming to an end just as mortgage rates were rocketing. Andy went through my options and gave me sound advice, which secured a decent rate within hours of it going up.
I got my original mortgage via WFS. Andy was really helpful, taking the time to talk through everything and explaining the pros and cons of each option. At one point, it looked like my purchase would fall through near the end of my mortgage offer period. I needed him to find an alternative. He went the extra mile to find something, which luckily I didn't need in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Andy, at Wimborne Financial Services Ltd, is always personally available at the end of a phone or email, with a prompt response. He thinks creatively in order to make a deal work and he speaks honestly about what is, and is not, achievable within given parameters. With Andy's help, we have successfully negotiated a domestic remortgage and two BTL remortgages, which were complicated by land sale. Other members of our family now make WFS their first call when seeking mortgage advice.
