They have this beautiful Apartment below market that are a dream but after you give the “landlord” the money they never answer back, stealing your money 😩😩 very bad experience with fake apartments

We came back last Monday from Berlin and were really pleased with our choice of destination and accommodation. Brigitte our host was very helpful, taking us to the supermarket in her car when we arrived. She waited while we shopped and lent us bags, boxes to shop with. The apartment was very well equipped and spotless and in a quiet area. It was very easy to get around by public transport, we bought the Berlin welcome card which covered all our travel. Windu are a very good company to deal with, no problems at all.

The app gave me a good selection of properties and gave me the opportunity to connect with the property owner before we travelled. The app also has a method of secure communication. The overall experience using Wimdu is something I will try and use again in future.

Wimdu’s website is a little busy and you can loose some of the accommodations you are looking at if you move your cursor slightly but once you are aware of this you can find many options.
When a choice is made the exchange between parties is very easy and clear. Wimdu is supportive and keeps you up to date constantly. You know exactly what is happening.
They are a good solid company.

Complete scammers. Hidden fees and fake apartments on their platform. Customer service does not do anything to prevent the scams

I was booked in Amsterdam to stay with another booking company and cancelled due to undisclosed issue n the apartment. I was unable to find suitable space to rent until I found Wimdu... I secured an absolutely lovely ground floor apartment in perfect location with the most accommodating host. I have wonderful memories due to finding my perfect spot in Amsterdam. Well done.

The reason to give 6 stars to Wimdu is that they helped me out with an issue during my booking service with one " host ". They supported me and acted immediately accordingly.

I appreciate Wimdu's attention to success for my Sweetie and me on our recent trip to NYC. Good reminders and user interface, but not intrusive. We found a treasure of an apartment and loved our time there.

Very GREAT location makes this an excellent choice for your visit to Paris.
Nice apartment with bedroom and 2 twin beds in living area. Small fully equipped kitchen and dinette area makes this comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Would have been nice to have towels for 4 people instead of 2. This is my only complaint. Very nice and I would stay here again (just would remind host we booked for 4 :)

We had a lovely stay at hotel Punta Monpas in San Sebastian! The weather was very bad, cold and lots of rain, but in this tiny hotel the sun really shined! Very friendley and helpfull personal! I recommand this place for 💯 %!
