I enjoy your selections of games you have to offer. I think support is very efficient and they are very polite and helpful. I feel that sometimes your sire could be a little more rewarding as far as spins and bonuses go I was surprised not to see those offerings not really avaliable around the holidays Xmas and New Years. I appreciate the cash back program and the comp points but one thing I would like to see changed is the games offered on these comps or programs. I find it frustrating that I can lose my money at your site playing all your games but I'm limited to the games I can play when rewarded. That's a little suspect and raises a question of why. Love / Hate Relationship with Winaday!
I’ve played at Winaday for nearly 20 years, and overall I do like the casino. I left for several years to try other sites, but many of them turned out to be unreliable, so I eventually came back. Winaday has always had unique slot machines, which is why I’m disappointed that my three favorite games were removed.
Customer service has usually been good, and they’ve often offered me a bonus after a bad run. The problem is that when you accept a bonus, most of the fun games become off‑limits. You’re forced to play pages of games that feel tight and not very enjoyable. I really wish they would change that rule.
I also stopped using promotional codes because they make you play both your deposit and the bonus on one single game. I’d rather skip the bonus so I can play what I want and cash out freely.
I’ve never been able to cash out myself — I might win a little, but I always try to build it up and never quite get there. Hot machines don’t stay hot long.
Lately they’ve added too many new games at once. I preferred the old setup. The new games feel overwhelming, and some don’t look very modern. If they added a few at a time, it would be easier to keep up.
In the end, I’d say I have a love/hate relationship with Winaday. Some days are great, some not so much, but something has kept me coming back for a while. I think I'm ready to move on for now.
