I needed to reinstall Office on my computer due to a Microsoft issue. The system thought I had already used all my licences and wouldn't allow me to reinstall this program. Mia from Winandoffice was able to assist me with regaining access to Office. Thank you Mia.

The computer I installed my copy of office onto failed so I needed to reinstall onto a new pc. But the key I got from Winandoffice was not valid on the new pc. I contacted them about it and they resolved the issue within a couple of hours.

I needed some help to install Office Professional Plus on to my laptop.

Although the process could have been potentially frustrating, it turned out to be completely fine thankfully for their outstanding communication. I was surprised how quickly my initial email was responded to and, over a short period, replies to further emails were picked up very quickly.

All sorted and happy with the outcome.

Great product and awesome customer support for a reasonable price! I installed Office from this company on 2 computers 2 years ago. Everything worked fine. This year I had to replace a motherboard and Office was disactivated. I wrote to the company and they provided me with a free activation code and explain how to use it. So, I reactivated Office and it works as before. Thanks a lot, Winandoffice !

Update, The problems have now been resolved, certainly a cheap way of getting Office my only concern is what happens next year although the software states for life programme. Being English / french and living in France I needed English and that is what I have got. Will I go back for other things, probably, will I recommend them Yes certainly they were extremely responsive when the problem was broached.

At first I believed this was a scam as the program expired after a month but I have since been contacted by the company who have helped me reinstall it properly. It’s frustrating how easy it is to install it incorrectly. But now the problem seems sorted.

I installed and activated the MS Office 2024 software on my computer and then failed to do so on my husband's. (Microsoft rejected the activation code) WinandOffice provided a replacement code with detailed instructions, and the product now runs flawlessly on both computers. A great software package at a very affordable price and wonderful support. Thanks to WinAndOffice for quickly resolving the installation issue.

As per other reviews - This is a SCAMMING Company

I purchased, March 2024, Microsoft Office with Licence for 3 machines as I have 3 laptops in various rooms (disabled so unable to lift and carry them around). Installed the software on 1 machine only.

Initially the download appeared to work with no difficulty, HOWEVER after a couple of weeks I then received a message saying that the Code Key/Activation Key was not valid and subsequently the software no longer worked.

A warning appeared each time I tried to use the Software to say that the Code Key had been used too many times or that it was COUNTERFEIT.

I contacted the company but as of this date, having given them more than enough time, have received no communication from them despite giving full details of the order (date etc.)

I would advise all potential customers to steer well clear of this scamming company.

Having previously sent an email, detailing my problems, in April I then sent a further email on the 10/05/2024 after leaving THIS review per their request below. The latest email I sent had a copy of the original email, I received from Winandoffice, giving Full name, Address, email. Link to Download and the Software Activation Key I received.

Clearly WinandOffice do not check their emails OR choose to try to have negative reviews removed.

It should be noted that the original request for 'Support' was sent using the link button that they provided at the bottom of their email that takes you to a page on their website where you can detail your problems in full. Details (date, name, order number, email etc) are automatically populated in the form by Winandoffice. Initial problem and request for support was therefore detailed using their own Link!

I await their response. (although I won't hold my breath)

After purchasing Microsoft Windows 11 Pro + Office 2021 Professional Plus Premium license for 3 devices on March 8, 2024 today, April 9, 2024, I went to use Microsoft Word to find that this suddenly the product activation is failed and the key is invalid. This is not only disappointing but a waste of time and money, and not what I paid for. I will now need to look for alternatives.

I purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus License for 3 devices.
I followed the instructions and downloaded the installation file. My security software scanned the file, identified it as dangerous, and immediately deleted it. That has not happened with other downloaded installation files.
I tried downloading directly from Microsoft, using the provided key. Microsoft responded: "Sorry, we don't recognize the product key you entered."
I tried telephoning the company, but over two days and many many calls, always "all our agents are busy."
I emailed the contact address, with no response.
Unsatisfactory. Perhaps a scam.
2024.03.21 The company has promised a refund and requested order details. But I already sent that by direct email (now, twice). Perhaps another effort to avoid responsibility.
2024.03.28 The company has apparently refunded my purchase price. At the same time, the company sought to delete this review on the grounds that I had not made a purchase. I consider this company deceptive and I remain concerned about possible exposure of private information. My rating remains: very unsatisfactory, 1 star.

AVOID !! Bought the Office 2021 license a few days ago. The link to download the software is recognised as a virus by norton antivirus. I emailed them and got no answer. They did charge me the money though. Its a SCAM! I am reporting It as such to the consumes association and to the police, and will ask my bank to cancel the payment

UPDATED! At first, I gave a good review.

Two weeks after I installed MS Office I got a pop-up that said I had an improper verification code and MS Office stopped working.

I e-mailed support and they sent me a new verification code within a day. It did not work either! I immediately sent them a screenshot back showing the new code in place and the error message. That was 10 days ago with no follow-up from them since.

It has now been weeks with no further response. I thought it was too good to be true, Office for $20 and it seems I was correct.

They sell "Grey Market" software that they have gotten illegally. The software will not work for the life of the computer as they claim. It will shut off once Microsoft detects that it is an unauthorized program. For example, for an Office Professional 2021 all the programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc will ALL shut off. That will make it very hard to do anything on your computer. This company is stealing from Microsoft and from customers. Do NOT support them.

Bought a Microsoft Office 2021 Key, worked for a few weeks initially, but then the product key must have expired or been revoked bc the program says I have to re-activate to use. When I enter the initial product key i bought, it now says "your installation cannot be activated because you have activated up to your limit of your multiple activation key".

Winandoffice quickly reached out to me by email and very kindly apologized and also sent me a new product key which is working great now! Thank you for the quick fix!

Had reservations at first but they are reputable and reliable and support their product. Had an issue with installation but their response was quick and resolved my issue

I bought office pro 2021 and a license of windows 11 and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
