Great tech support and great products
Had some issues installing Office 2024 due to a previous version (2019) that wouldn't go away. Was able to schedule remote support with a technician at W&O who was able to quickly solve the problem and get everything working. Products appear to be working just fine.

Exactly what I needed
I wanted office products for my new pc. However, I didn’t want a monthly fee or a huge single use license fee for something that was only occasionally going to be use. This was the perfect solution at a great price and downloading was simple.

Great price with support, Is a bit tricky to change from win 11 home to win 11 pro. Make sure to stop internet after putting in upgrade code., after that's finished, you can enter purchased activation code and it worked.

I was skeptical buying this software…
I was skeptical buying this software since it was such a great price. I quickly received the information by email to download and everything went great until I had to enter the product key. After about 30 minutes, I was still having difficulties registering this software so I reached out to customer service and after a few more attempts where it would not register. They quickly registered my product by remote and it has been working as it should be with no more issues. Thank you for the great product at a great price and the awesome customer service to get everything up and running.
