This is yet a company that doesn't know that good customer care is essential. Two emails and one attempt to use their chat and no reply. Looking around for similar services and then they lost a customer.

After many email exchanges with Whincher, they gave me a partial refund, and I got some free extra months on the service too (that I did not want). So my edit of this review is from 2 to 3 to three stars. They are polite and very concerned about keeping customers happy, but most companies give a refund without hassle to make customers happy without a lot of hassle.

After testing many keyword research platforms, I’ve found few that can rival the big names like SEMrush and Ahrefs—except for Wincher. Wincher is a refreshing alternative that holds its own in terms of features and usability.

The interface is clean and straightforward, which makes navigating the wide range of SEO tools a breeze. The customer service is fantastic—always responsive and quick to help with any issues. We have been using Wincher for a few months now and it has been a really helpful tool. Very good, easy to understand user interface. Good integration with Yoast SEO. Highly recommended.

Wincher it's cost-effective. If you have a small business and if you wish to evaluate if your SEO is right or not, Wincher is a great tool. There are other tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc) but they are not for my pockets. Wincher is. And the support team is very aware of people who can't pay high fees for SEO analysis platforms.

Quick and easy tool for seo tracking.
Been a user for several years. I must also add that the support is awesome.

I subscribed through promo $7.5 the following month, and I was charged $75, I was not aware this it what was going to happen as it wasn't clear through the order process. I requested a refund,
a guy named Tomas said they won't do a refund because it's "Legit".

The bottom line:
The app isn't worth more than $10 monthly.

User-friendly tool helping up to step up my game for sure.

Support was reachable to solve a billing issue even during festivities period.

Fraudsters. They offered me 90% discount for two months in a black Friday deal, then charged by full price a month later. Awful product and customer service, would not recommend. Their customer service has so far told me I was charged full price because "the discount expired" even though it was only one month later.
